11:06 That flip was clean.
It looked so good. I wonder if I can find that food in DC.
Definitely let me know if you do boo! It does seem to be a delicacy of sorts!
Which place is this? Nrb or ?? I would like to eat here during my holidays in my country.yummy!!
Girl I love your content 🎉new subscriber❤
Hey queen 👑 I hav inches
This place was " Hell" few months ago during long rain season. People lost everything.
I love the three bedroom apartment overlooking the national park. WOW
I'm from the US, my girlfriend and I have stayed here on several occasions. Super modern, nice accomdations. Beautiful landscaping with lots of green spaces.
Thanks for sharing!
Cool place to stay
Yes indeed
You are doing good with the videos 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I'm glad you enjoy them!
That view is perfect. all you need is binoculars. i wonder how often a train passes by though, with the train tracks so close to the apartment.
This is so valuable...thank you
You are most welcome!
I always advice visitors to avoid Boda Bodas. I am a local and never use them for safety and security reasons. Stats are out there for anyone who wants to argue.
Me neither, those things scare me to the core, can't stand them!
Thanks for the advise noted
Global climate change is responsible for the cold weather in Kenya, about the nose bleed its because of altitude which is high in Kenya compared to Atlanta which is sea level, you are adjusting to the environment in Kenya but with time you'll be just fine.😅❤❤❤
Welcome to Kenya, and Nairobi, the green city in the sun, enjoy your stay and become a citizen,we love visitors 😅😅
You could also check out apartments in the Ruaka area which is in the suburbs but not too far from town. The road network is much more better than what I have seen in this video.
Thanks for the tip, I’ll check it out!
The Tree Apartments are really very beautiful! A view of the nairobi national park is a great plus! Hope its affordable and you are able to settle for it as your choice. Welcome to Nairobi!
I know right
Great video 😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wish the machakos county govt would take those estate roads seriously. The vertical development in Syokimau is years ahead of the horizontal infrastructure.
I need to be in Nairobi like right now! That intro is dope!
Thank you for letting us know that our channel has encouraged you to visit Nairobi ASAP
You got scammed, how can you get charged to be shown an apartment? You'll learn with time
It’s common but I think it’s a new practice
Am a kenyan and i have paid before to agents just to be shown an apartment..its normal although there are some who will not charge you but its the norm so she wasn't scammed
@@trvkim9435 it’s the norm these days
No she wasn't scammed. Infact she was charged a very small amount. Am Kenyan and back in 2015 I paid more than that.
Be careful with some Kenyans....some want to prey on foreigners cash coz they know you are new especially when they hear you have an accent since that is what will mainly show them you are a foreigner
I hope this isn’t too intrusive but I’d love to know how the dating scene is as an AA woman.
Ok. Still collecting data 😆
3 bed rooms at 360usd🤔
The roads😢
Wow, 4 The Culture really knows how to capture the vibrant essence of Nairobi! From exploring luxurious apartments to attending the city's first Comic Con, this video is a testament to how diverse and exciting life in Nairobi can be. It's amazing to see the blend of modern living and creative culture come alive. Nairobi isn't just a hub for business; it's a space where art, innovation, and luxury intersect. Kudos to 4 The Culture for showcasing the city's dynamic vibe makes you want to pack your bags and experience it all firsthand!
Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
You are truly representing the reality of Nairobi well dada! Great video, for sharing!!!
Asante sana! Keep watching for more Nairobi adventures!
You and the Kenyan brotha in the blue & yellow jacket look like you could be related.💯
My sista while there in Kenya, you should start asking them literally everything you can before you conduct any busines out there. From the boda bodas to literally all of the other things I have witnessed that caught you by surpise. I know I will be. Thanks for sharing your channel. Peace and Love from Oakland, Ca 👊🏿💯✈️
My home town Syokimau 😊😊😊
It’s so sad that our government is not taking road maintenance seriously
They are keeping it authentic, they are trying to keep it as natural as possible 😉
@ bruh
Welcome to Africa
The last apartment was really nice.
Before 1963, during colonial times, black Africans were not allowed to live in cities, except men who worked for the government, and they could only live in bachelor or single quarters in Eastlands . Eastlands was the only place black people could live in Nairobi, and couldn't bring wives. In European areas of the city, they kept black servants such as cooks (males were referred to as "kitchen Toto's",- Barack Obama's granddad became one after he left the British Army) (toto means big baby), gardeners etc. And because Africans were not allowed to walk in the city without passbooks (were called "kipande", and were a piece of metal hang on the neck with personal details, native reserve, work permit and residents permit for Nairobi/town enclosed), the white home owners had to construct "servant's quarters" for their workers. Due to tradition and the building code having servant's quarters, they kind of stuck to date.
Interesting and sad
This is interesting. I didn't know toto had such a bad reputation, especially for men. I mean why would anyone call a big man toto?
The 3rd apartment is niiice!!!❤❤
I agree!
Showing fee (consultation fee).
Please show houses as well for those who do not want to live in an apartment. You did an excellent job with showing the apartments. Do it as a business.
I will work on that. Thanks for watching!
At least you still gave him a chance to show you the apartments even though he didn’t have a car.
loved it ❤❤
That might work for our adult children.
Very beautiful apartments 😍🇰🇪
Thanks for watching!
I just love to see our melanin sisters having fun in Kenya. Karibu nyumbani beautiful one and enjoy to the max.
Asante sana
❤
Nice
Awesome
Yes that is true
Gotta try this when i go home. Thanks for this plug. Love from Jersey.
Enjoy it and let me know what you think!
Im not kenyan but it's said luhya tribe are genetically strong!!
yes
The idea people use to live longer in the past is a pure MISCONCEPTION.
But they used to be stronger in their golden years. I have seen it with my grandparents and dread the thought of how much weaker I will be.
@ubaachieng4668 stronger in what terms..your grandparents is a small sample size.
@@lugaritzbrown2250 my grandparents lived in villages so the sample size was larger. Of course, for those who lived a very long time, the age still catches up with you at some point. I say strong because of the tasks they were able to do easily while I struggled to do the same task. I think you can even see it today in the difference between city and rural people. The only thing that may have make it not so is that healthy food is no longer as plentiful in the villages and life is not like it use to be such as they no longer have to walk long distances.
I just subscribed because of how you pronounced very well :D welcome my luhya sister!
Thank you so much for subscribing and the warm welcome!
Hi. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Where is the shop located?
