@@calebstearns250 I’m so glad you asked bro, but first I wanna tell you what everyone has told you… it’ll pass in time and before you know it you’ll be better off than you were before. This might be a long winded response but I really just wanna ensure that you’re gonna be completely fine bro. A little back story to this comment. I made that in august of 2022 I think, in the fallout of my first relationship. She was taking forever to respond and essentially it was over for us. I was an absolute wreck. However before I could even officially break up w her, this girl at my job had her friend ask me out on a double date. That girl that was ignoring now suddenly began blowing up my phone, I guess she liked the comfort of having me as a backup plan but honestly idk lol. This girl at my job would become my girlfriend for a year until September 2023. Funny enough, I wasn’t heartbroken at all. We ended very smoothly and honestly we had simply grown too different, but I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end. Two weeks later I decided to meet this girl I met on a dating app and it was love at first sight. November 2023 I met her in person and I fell insanely in love with her. I literally couldn’t think of anything but her the next day at work lol. Sadly it was VERY short lived. After our second date she suddenly became very cold and took hours to respond when she used to respond in literal seconds. I was a complete wreck. I had never been so heart broken in my life. I hate to say it but I’d sit in my car and cry after the gym just thinking about what I could’ve done differently. But hears the catch, but the end of November I had never been so motivated and happy in my life. I had two weeks where I was devastated, but I promise you, a breakup is the best gift that can happen to you. I was all of the sudden so extroverted and on my days off I’d literally drive 30-40 minutes to places I’d never been like other gyms just to get out there. I’m not joking when I say Nov-Dec 2023 was one of the best times of my life. Just me and the boys having a blast working out and just enjoying life. The best advice I can give you might sound odd but I promise it worked for me. Go to TH-cam search and lookup “breakup motivation”. Watch as many of these as you can a day and make a playlist of the best ones you can find. They’re gonna seem useless at first but I promise that hearing so much affirmation and motivation everyday will help you overcome this so fast. Before you know it you’ll be back to normal :)

Yeah the last breakup I went through was in the first couple days of June. I had to do it and it was a difficult decision but it was necessary for my current purposes. Since then I’ve stop procrastinating on making content, working out seriously, and going all in on self improvement. I’m doing pretty well self improvement wise and making a lot of progress business wise.
I actually spend some time journaling about this last night. I’m glad I did this. I have big goals for the next 6 months and now I’m on the right path. Praying daily Meditating daily, lifting daily.

Hey Jack. I really, really hope you can respond to this as I am not sure what to do at this point. I was with a girl for 3+ years, living together and basically building a life. I was pretty young and she got pregnant. Everybody around us told us to have an abortion, and us, being young and stressed didn't think it through and got one.
I remember her crying tears of joy when she found out. Fast foward two years later and I have a new girlfriend, she has a new boyfriend. The thing is though that I am feeling as though i should have had my kid with her and i'm not living the life i should be right now. I met her in Spain and when i went back this year i texted her to tell her how i really felt about the abortion thing.
She told me she basically feels the same way and we should have never aborted our child. I think about it alot and it really makes me feel like absolute shit. I really have no clue what to do now as we both have different lives and she is back in spain now. I just regret it a fucking lot, man. What would you do in this situation? Help is much appreciated bro..
