Eat healthy, eat organic and your hormones will thank you. I went years eating like shit and feeling like shit, but once I made the necessary changes I started seeing results.

You don’t necessarily have to be perfect with your diet - an 80/20 approach will be fine. But generally try to stay away from foods that are fried and/or have too many ingredients you can’t pronounce

I don’t know if it’s partly with the video games I played (which are mostly grand strategy games), as I was barely interested in shooter games and other action-packed games, or if it’s because I got urges to play with cheats and mods, or if it’s me being a serial min-maxer (the latter two are probably the more important ones), but video games just seemed monotonous to me for years.
