I started walking on Sat. and Sun. Grand total is 67 pounds. This workout really works. I also lost a lot of inches. He really knows what works. I am wearing clothes I had in my closet for years that I couldn’t get in. Been at my goal weight since January and still maintaining it. I feel awesome!
I sweat like crazy after this workout. 2 weeks in. Started at 20 and now on 25. I lost 1 inch on waist. Going for 2 more so body fat comes to 12-14% and abs start showing. Thanks man
I have done a few of your HIIT bike workouts and this one may be my favorite. I did the one with 12 reps last time so when you said ok now time for the warm up I was really happy because I was gearing up for at least one more sprint! Love the way I feel afterwards and the sweat lets me know it’s working! LOL. Thank you so much!
Do you prefer the stationary bike or the elliptical? I notice you have HIIT training for both and I have done both. The bike seems harder but with the elliptical you use your arms.
I've been doing your 20 HIIT workout. This one adds 2 more rounds. Will 2 more rounds make that much of a difference? By the way, I lost 4 lbs the first week. Thank you.

I got TH-cam premium a couple years ago and haven’t looked back. You can share it 5 others so maybe crowd fund the cost with some friends.
