    Thank you so much for showing this. I’ve been going to the gym for a couple of months and don’t feel confident of what to do with strength training. I’ll get on the treadmill and do a few of the machines because I didn’t know what exercises to do with weights! I really appreciate you for showing this and glad you came through on my page!       @@dearmysoul6706 I've been in a pretty young age of like 14 or 16 at that time. So there wasn't a big change in appearance. Also, I went to the gym just for fun and not to shape my body 😅

    Friendly reminder to anyone here with crippling social anxiety, in about 6 months that you'd spend on a gym membership you could have plenty of new or gently used, portable (travel compatible) equipment to do it at home. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Idk why people are so obsessed w the gym

      I agree when I first started over a year ago I had to use a TRX for squats because I had horrible balance and weak knees. A year ago I wouldn't have been able to do this. About 3 months into training this would have been feasible. I guess it depends on ones starting fitness level ❤️

    Bicep Curls
    Bench Press
    Overhand Press
    Chest Press
    Lat Pull Down
    No cardio, stretching, or lower body workouts
    I'm a guy, and I think a physique with a swole upper body and toothpick legs looks more cursed than a body with strong legs and skinny arms. Though its better to have a well-rounded physique and importantly, a flat stomach.

    I wish I saw videos like this when I first started, when I first went I followed an influencers routine (not her fault, I should have done more research) but I didn’t realize that it was set up for someone who has worked out before, so I over did it and did a full body workout and this is from someone who I barely really did any arm workouts at the time, or even a push up, the third day after I honestly could hardly move and it wasn’t the good kinda pain you get from working out, it was the worst feeling I almost felt like my arms and legs were going to fall off, like the circulation was damaged, it was horrible.

    Hi Krissy..... I'm always confused as to squeeze my glutes at the top of a squat or not? Will I still train the glute/get desired results if I don't squeeze?

      Just my opinion... If you want to work the glutes, squeeze as you come up! If you want to work the thighs, don't squeeze lol!! Either way or her way, I feel you'll get results! I'm gonna squeeze for two weeks, then not squeeze for two weeks see if I see results from either, hey doesn't hurt to try lol!!🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Hi...i wanna know which leg needs to feel your weights when you do static lounge..i am really confused especially when i do the reverse lounge

      The leg that remains with your body should carry your weight.
      When doing static lunges (they are pretty much the same as reverse lunges), the front leg should be working and the back leg is support.
      Try the moves out and you'll see what feels natural.
      Your weight on the back leg will throw you off balance, that's incorrect.

    I would never go to the gym to do these workouts. I have the weights and the bands at home to do at home. This looks like something a single person would do.😅
