hello Wim, this 40 min video, made a lot more sense to me as non BJJ practioner, it gave me time to observe your centre of gravity, and transition of mass, and can now understand your mirror principle and movement in full. great video.
This is great. Just started with the concept after watching Priit's stacking video but I loved the inclusion of the mirroring principle and a few extra details for applying the concept
@@WimDeputterBJJ in my opinion, in order to execute this , the application would need minimal tension, until rotation is on, in order to give their opponent a false sense of security, but I am not BJJ, just fascinated by it.
The opponent's grip on the gi makes it so that his wrist is slightly bend in a good angle to apply a wristlock. The pressure comes from the top guy pulling back on the head and arm grip and leaning forward.

Thank you Peter 😊 I'm glad to hear that.
The Mirroring Principle is easiest to explain with pressure passing.

Well... I will try it tomorrow, test it a few weeks. If I deem myself capable, I will make an analysis.

@@KnowPorcelain1 can't be. If you are not tight right away, the opponent gets out.
How do you apply the wristlock? I don't get it... Where's the pressure coming from?

thanks a lot!
