I have been training off and on since 1997. I have been taught by at least 10 black belt instructors and all I learned basically was attacks, a few counter attacks, guard passing, zero guard retention, a few escapes from various positions and attacks. Most of the stuff taught was mediocre and taught very haphazardly. No wonder it takes "10 years" to get a black belt in bjj. All the instructors I had over the years just kept the good stuff to themselves even in private lessons. If you train now you have essentially won the bjj lottery.
Thank you for the incredible concepts.

37:55 - 100% this! Growth in Precision and Control becomes exponential. Getting exposed and sensitive to the micro-movements of your opponent is a game-changer.

So baby bridge is more about the shoulders and not bumping with hip all the way up.
