More leaders modelling accountability!! Yes!! That’s the world we need. Thank you for this wonderful message.
Thanks Mollie!
Love setting everyone up for success and giving them agency. That clock hack is brilliant
The world would be changed for the better if everyone took responsibility for their words, their actions and their intentions. There is no shame in owning up to our missteps. There is only courage and strength and ultimately peaceful resolution. In a fractured world, your words are powerful Michael, thank you.
One simple step really resonated - blaming others simply doesn't work. Thank you, Michael.
This is such a good summary of a fantastic book. I am using this book and Ted Talk with a group of aspiring leaders I'm working with.
I love how you use your own experiences to convey this great message! Well done Michael!
Thanks Andrew!

It’s only when you’re in power does this make sense being in radical accountability for all things. If you admit error and you are not in power the group dynamic often leads to the group turning against an individual uh. The most sensitive person in the room gets the most sh sometimes uh
What about taking personal responsibility on our own, canceling the need to blame.
Environment and processes. Affect behavior. A loving environment and confidential processes. Jesus

The part I didn’t buy was the kid reading and the kid playing the piano. He meant one kid was playing on their iPad while the other kids was playing on their iPad. Jk. Great video.
Capricorns take responsibility always.
