It’s encouraging to know I can still work out with prolapse and get my heart rate up. 27 and just had my first baby never thought I would be in this situation! I miss sweating and getting my heart rate up so this is perfect. I’m already breaking a sweat! Thank you so much!
This is really helpful, thank you! I have a bladder prolapse and uterine prolapse which doctors refused to even investigate or confirm for 10 years because I was "too young", underweight, and have never been pregnant. I was told it was all anxiety and actually encouraged to lift weights and do squats etc. It's really depressing to know things could have been prevented from getting worse if I'd been taken seriously but now I just have to live with it. I've seen a lot of videos on what to avoid but I'm more interested in knowing what I can do to be as fit and healthy as possible so this is great.
Thank you Sooo much for showing there IS exercise after prolapse repair!!! I did water exercise only after my surgery but that is not always practical! I have searched and searched for a land routine that is safe. I have slid backwards from bad weather preventing water exercise. More More More please!!!!
Thank you. I’m 63 and have been working out during the pandemic to keep active and improve my mood. But within a week of starting the exercise I a “certain” kind of discomfort and after talking with my doctor via the phone I have probably developed a mild prolapse of the womb. I think it might be related to squats. So I appreciate this gentle approach. And yes, after 10 minutes my heart rate was definitely up.
Would love a 30 minute cardio that's safe for pelvic floor dysfunctions! Thank you for this one! I was finally allowed to up my workouts, but then the cardio sequences caused pelvic floor flares, so I was instructed to drop down a bit. In researching, I found that the cardio sequences had moves that are not good for pelvic floor issues. I was thrilled to find this!

I would love a 30 minute Cardio. I did this twice so it was about 20 mins and i felt i would like 10 mins more to have some effect. ❤
