Engaging with books has significantly elevated my perspective on investing. True wealth isn't built through mere savings; financial freedom stems from strategic investments. I've learned that accumulating wealth hinges on making prudent investment decisions.

Totally, totally outstanding! For years, I've read and listened to tons of stuff on habits, and this is the first thing that ever really made some sense to me. Well-thought out, easy-to-understand content, meaningful analogies, compelling content with everything from Aristotle to contemporary peer-reviewed research studies, perfectly narrated and beautifully animated. I am totally BLOWN away! (And I knew some of the stuff you said, but the presentation was just soooooooo outstanding that I listened several times.)

Your video, your presentation & 1-page PDF summary is outstanding and so helpful compared to other theoretical-endless hours of self-development channels. I'm feeling lucky to sub and get notified of your videos. Thank you and please keep it up!!

The advice to keep habits small and easy is excellent. I would suggest adopting as many as you need to keep life running smoothly. It's great, theoretically, to adopt only one good habit at a time, but if a number of habits are important to well-being, then that's how many you need to adopt. The good news would be most of us do what we need to get by, so making what we're doing anyway into a regular habit that we do ahead of time is not hard at all. I keep a repeating list.
I'd distinguish between goals that everyone can reach (paying bills on time, healthy eating, tidiness) and those that only a few can reach by definition (being a celebrity or at the top of any field). It's trendy to suppose that getting to the top is a mechanical thing, but that is clearly not the case since only a few have done it out of many thousands of very disciplined, intelligent people who have tried.

Wow, really good. Short and powerful.
    Habits are like factory workers.
    Hire 1 at a time
    Make it stupid small
Write down an explicit behavior statement including when, where, and what
    Don't miss 2 days in a row
Set the stakes (double chance of success if money is on the line)
Be slow to trust - average of 66 days required for a habit to feel automatic.
When it's automatic, you can promote it. 50 words a day becomes 100 and so on. This is also when you can "hire" another habit.

This is brilliant! Lots of very useful info, beautifully presented. However, what I like best is the STUDIES - the way these animations bring the studies to life so the ideas are easier to assimilate. Unfortunately, many other animation channels just give personal impressions or a reformulation of some ideas from books but without the supporting evidence.... Not nearly as convincing... So - congratulations and keep up the good work! :-)

    process to build new habits
    1. build only one habit at a time. 2-3 months on the easiest possible version of each habit.
    2. make it super easy. e.g. read 1 minute per day
    3. write down explicit statement. e.g. I will read for 1 minute every night when I first get into my bed
    4. create consequences if you don't do it. e.g. bet $100 bucks you can do it.
    5. do not miss 2 days in a row. # 2, 3 & 4 are designed so you won't miss days. science is clear: it doesn't matter how easy, just that you actually do it
    6. only after the habit is automatic (doesn't take will power. you feel and urge to do it) can you add to it or start another habit. e.g. after 90 days daily reading habit increases to 5 minutes and start meditation habit for 1 minute every morning

The core message: Successful people turn vital productive behaviors to daily habits and make them efforless to execute.
    And, consistency is everything.
    How
    1. Only hire 1 habit at a time (make sure the habit is worth investing)
    2. Never fail to execute the habit more than 2 days in a row
    3. Make the habit's behaviors tiny , seemingly effortless
    4. Keep yourself accountable by putting money on the line etc...
    5. After you show up daily and perform the habits automatically, only then when you give yourself more responsibilities with the new habits
