I really like your videos how you keep them condensed and put the core message in that short span of time.
Honestly, I had some of these books ready for reading but never got to read them. You have made the job so much easier.
So I really love what you are doing. And thank you so much for your contents and for one page summary of all books. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

This is quite timely as I am a teacher in a district that has recently gone 100% remote. We are doing our best to help students build good study habits, but it is very difficult. I am going to show this to my classes tomorrow and do a short discussion. Thanks.

It’s not the INFORMATION it’s the APPLICATION. So often ideas are great but they still remain somewhat abstract. What I love about this book is that it gives you so many different ideas of how to actually implement. I tried the swarm
Of behaviour exercise and within 2 minutes I had a brand new solutions I didn’t even think of to solve my
    Problem 👍

I've read Robert Greene's books, Atomic Habits, 7 habits of highly effective people, How to win friends and influence people, and other popular ones. This is the best self improvement book ever written by a massive distance and BJ fogg deserves a statue in his honor for making it.
Nobody knows how to build habits and remove bad ones without severe withdrawal symptoms. People get overweight, sick and sometimes die from their bad habits, and every other book/article/video gives zero advice on helping with this nor is there any incentive for companies/gurus to help people with this. BJ Fogg has cracked the formula and has helped over 60,000+ people including myself who has lost 64lbs, got much better at coding and found a higher paying job by simply using this book to build good habits.

I practised the principles and expanded the framework - in ways that work for me.
Example: I did 100 push up challenge by 3s.
Started small, but cumulatively did them in one day.
Then I noticed, that the higher I counted, the more tired I seem to feel.
    So I tricked my mind.
I was only counting small numbers: 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2-3 one (first set of ten).
Repeat pattern and put "two" at the end until? - you put ten at the end. Then 100 have been done.
If I have to mark student work, then I do one, take nano break...repeat, until finish.

The Tiny Habits method suggests picking something easy to start, embarassingly easy...but repeatable over and over. Very quickly you expand and grow to the hard thing...but since you have so many small successes and your ability and motivation has grown, the Hard thing is, like magic, now easy!

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:16 🧠 BJ Fogg's formula for behavior: Behavior = Motivation + Ability + Prompt. To establish a new habit, your motivation, ability, and prompt must align.
01:56 🎯 Start with the tiniest version of a habit to require minimal motivation. Find a behavior that takes 30 seconds or less to complete.
04:15 🚀 Use action prompts, where one behavior triggers the next, to build momentum for your tiny habits.
05:26 🌱 Nurture your tiny habit with "shine," which is the feeling of accomplishment, to help it grow into a more significant habit.
07:05 🎉 Celebrate even tiny wins to boost your confidence and motivation, making habit development easier.
08:45 🔄 Sustaining a habit involves flexibility to do more but also permission to go back to the tiniest behavior when needed. Small, sustainable habits are key.
