This workout is a godsend. I have had hip pains for years. Even with gym strength training my hip flexors were still weak and causing me pain. I have been doing this for a week. Am amazed at not only my mobility progress but also my hip pains are almost gone.

i have a dysplasia of the hip which make walking and standing up kinda painful, i try to follow this work out at the end of the day whenever i can and it relieves my hip so much, thanks !

Hi Mira. Love your vibes. I've been doing this video religiously because I was diagnosed with hip instability which is causing me glute, hamstring and groin pain. I am ready for the next level but your other videos for hips seem to be 45mins. My brain won't let me commit to that. Do you have any that are around 25-30 mins for hips strengthening? I feel like I just need something inbetween 18 mins and 45 mins right now. Thanks for all you do!

I’ve always had weak hips and avoided workouts like this because of how much they hurt 😅 but now postpartum I’m getting hip pain when I run, so am embracing the pain! This workout was just what I needed!

Hi Mira Thank you so much for the hip strengthening workout! It’s been helpful before my dance workouts. Do you have any wrist strengthening exercises as I hurt my right wrist and upper palm while going in a plank position few weeks back. Although I have taken physio, it has not become normal yet.
