    Your classes are always so enjoyable! To be able to slowly connect breath with movement as well as core stabilization is really helpful especially for the back. Mine feels great thanks to this workout. Thank you Mira…you are FABULOUS! Enjoy your day! ❤

    Great instructions, I can follow without looking at the screen for most of the time. After the articulating bridge, there are a couple or so exercises in roughly the same position on your back. I wasn’t sure if my lower back was supposed to be imprinted into the mat or should be in a neutral position. Would welcome any guidance 🙏🏻

      You are welcome! Yes. Pilates can look simple at times, but it is very targeted and you can always find a deeper connection. I have been practicing for 16 years and I am still rediscovering deeper and more connected ways to do each exercise ☺

    This felt amazing in the back. I love the section where we sit upright and the arms r bent: I really feel that work in the back. I didn’t quite understand the move where we “round the body forward, then hinge at the hip”. Any extra pointers would be appreciated! Thank u!

      If I’m not mistaken the exercise you describe above is called Spine Stretch. The focus of the exercise is to articulate your spine. As you exhale, you articulate the spine from the seated position going down and forward with a slight hinge at the end. Inhale pause the position, but think of elongating the spine further (create more spaces in between the vertebra). Exhale and roll the spine up to an upright position. Whilst holding that position, think of activating the deep back muscles supported by the deep transvers abdominal (corset muscles). I hope that is clear and answers your question Gaby.
