This workout is working fine for me, my tummy cut down 2cm from 78cm to 76cm only 1 weeks (exercise 2 set, rest 1 minutes each set ). But make sure you use your tummy core muscles to twist.
My tummy is now 77 cm did you lose love handles?
I added this workout together with woman squat, can loose love handle too.

@@tuttifrutti3829 I'm not sure of I actually lost that amount of cm (I don'y want to measure myself until a month has passed) but I definitely feel less bloated and my pants are not as tight from the belly as before.
I'm mixing up more workouts and creating playlists, so that also helps 👀
