    Hi I have a Honda VFR800fi, 2001 with a similar system. I fitted speed bleeders and it helped immensely. Great video showing real time and the effort involved. Keep up the good work.

      If you mean that clamp that locks the front wheel on this service table, that is from Bike-lift, but they dont make these anymore.. That is sad, because this old one (over 20years old) is great, I have a new one and that is crap..🤷‍♂️😬

      In this Honda, those are the same, but there is Hondas with combinated brake system that are not the same.. 😃

    I had my rear brake stick because of old fluid. I cleaned out the system and put in new fluid. I got the rear brakes to bleed but can't get any lever feel for the fronts. I've bled according to the factory manual but no luck. Just bleeding at the outer valves on both front calipers. Am I overlooking something?

    • @TeemuBT
      @TeemuBT  ปีที่แล้ว

      Outer valves are the upper ones..? It sounds that you are doing it right,but sometimes this happens with my cusromers too, they are doing all the right things but somehow it just wont work, then the bike comes to to me and few minutes later there is brakes again.. And ofcourse I cant tell what they were doing wrong and why it was not a problem for me.. So sorry, I really dont know what could be the problem..
      Or, actually, sometimes air get stuck at the uppermost point in the system, at main cylinder, where the hose banjo connector is bolted.. Then you need to "bleed" is upwords, steering all the way left, then tilt the whole bike so much left, that the main cylinder hose end is pointing down, so if there is air stuck, the air can come back to container.. Now use the lever lightly, you soud see bubbles coming up from the main cylinder to the container.. Hopefully you got the idea.. That is easy fix to really many bikes.. 😃

    Hello, I'm ready to buy a cbr 1100xx , can you give me some
    advice? For example, what parts need to be looked at
    carefully, which year is the best, and the number of
    kilometers, what parts are more likely to break, Ilook
    forward to hearing from you!

      Well, this works for quite many bike, but start with normal things like, chain and sprockets and tires.. Brake disks are expencive, so check those.. Front forks are on, and not leaking. Sreering bearings work flawless, no notch in the middle position. Rear swingarm bearings are not loose.. Brakes, gears and clutch works flawless..
      When the engine is cold and you start it, it shouldnt make any extra sounds, like no taping, if it does and taping desappears fhen warm, the cam chain tensioner needs to be replaced.. Also cam chain can be too stretched, if there is more than 80tkm on a clock..
      1997-98 models are carburetors and cheaper, and works well, but if carbs are in bad chape, it is big job to fix those.. 1999-> is injection, usyally those works with no problem, but sometimes the lamdasensor(o2) makes engine jerk on steady throttle like speeds 80kmh, then take the o2-sensor off and replace that with lambdaeliminator.. Hopefully this will help, there is something wher start from..
      Ps. Injetion bikes there is one problem with these bikes, check my other xx video.. 😃

    Cbr1100xx 1998 Caviter Bike had a leak in the water pump, so I was going to fix it this time, but the 1998 water pump (19220-MAT-760) is going to be discontinued
    So, I found that the water pump (19200-MAT-E20) of the new injector vehicle is in stock, and the engine is the same engine for both the cab and the new injection type, but whether it will be compatible;;
    I'd like to ask if it's a compatible improvement or if it's something else that can't be installed. I can't get a new 1998 CBR1100XX water pump

      Sorry, but I dont know.. I would also assume, that the engine is same, so it might fit to your bike too...maybe..🤔

    I'm having issues at pcv valve. Fluid to it not not past it.... Everything else bleeds up well...

      @@gc33 aah, yeah.. I havnt have any issues on Hondas yet, but those are ageing ,so it is only a matter of time when I'll see the first one.. But I have had problems with car on that one and I had to open it up and it was fully rusted.. I dont know is this Honda part possibe to open up and fix.
      I also have heard that xx owners have had this valve problems and they chanced that from the newer xx.. 😃

      @@TeemuBT technically, they are non serviceable. But I've opened mine up... The circlip that holds the piston is a bitch to get out. Done it 5 times now so I'm getting pretty good at it now lol.
      At $700 odd Australian to replace new I'm sure as hell try and repair it... So ive discovered now according to Honda manuals and other XX owners.. That valve shuts off under pressure... So cannot bleed it the same... Very gently plus vacuum bleeder. I'm told that the rear nipple is a 10mm....mine are all 8mm...

    Shouldn't one of the two nipples on the rear caliper bleed oil through the front brake lever?

    • @TeemuBT

      Nope, both are from back,but other one goes around the main cylinder that is located at left front caliber..
