Have you seen spitting brit vid on total war? It is possible to do this in SFO grimhammer? I would like to see a subcommander battle like this...... With 100% fire imunity rocket batteries that have + 200% frie dammage and +300% artillery dommage..... With othe rpieces of artilelries against the pire of the cost.

This battle had me very conflicted with my immersion.
One the one hand, High Elves, Lizardmen and the Empire fighting together.
On the other hand, Druchii, Beastmen and... Bretonnia?
My head hasn't hurt this bad since you did that siege battle with Kholek fighting alongside Tehenuin.

Brettonia is actually plagued badly by Chaos: many peasents worship Nurgle to the point that it's almost open, nobles are often Slaanash worshipers, and nobody can tell the difference between a Khorne berserker and an ordinary knight when they're putting down a peasant rebellion. Only Tzeentech is really left out, and even he has *some* representation in the few schools and rare hedge wizards.
All that in mind, it wouldn't be hard for a Chaos-friendly force to get a Brettonian army: the Grail Knights would need to secretly be Chaos Knights, and maidens would be witches, of course, but Slaanesh is very good at illusions to show something like those.
Incidentally, this is also why Brettonia pretty much fell instantly when the End Times finally started.
Bubba's Big Blast that’s so false it’s incredible.... where did you even read that? Grail knights are the only knights in the world that are incorruptible. Second, Bretonnia fell after the empire fell during the end times. I can’t deny chaos plagues Bretonnia, but certainly not as much as it plagues the Empire. Bretonnia has way more faith in the lady; and the peasants actually hates chaos with d’en more hatred than the nobles, who are taught since birth to face the abominations of chaos. No great champion of chaos ever came from Bretonnia, never. Because they were always put down by bretonnian knights, which are the majority of knights in Bretonnia (probably around 98% of knights in Bretonnia are pure). Bretonnia is plagued, yet spared. The Lady, the Fay enchantress, the grail knights are excellent gardians against the darkness that is chaos, and corruption has a hard time encroaching within Bretonnia. Way more than in the Empire
First Captain Valerius Rensorfen This. The lore even states that there are no chaos cults in Bretonnia, because the servants of the lady are so good at rooting out corruption it never gets a chance to spread. The only times more than a dozen chaos worshippers exist in Bretonnia at a time are when they sail in on longboats.

Ok here is a tip that I think people forget about you can put the deliverance behind (still hitting the enemy) at trapping them between infantry and the spell. They would have to retreat and probably still get hit. Just saying. Instead of right on top.

I honestly was surprised when the tide started shifting. Looked like Brettonia was going to tip the scales since they still had mostly full cavalry while everyone was all moshing in the center disorganized. But the Empire came back in the end there and just slapped them upside the head alongside their allies the Lizardmen.

My favorite army comp is the minobus. The beastmen aren't my favorite faction but I love the minobus, great vid as always!

Totally need to do a Tolkien themed men, dwarves and elves vs orcs, chaos and vampire lords
so elves with the swordmasters of hoeth and arches, the dwarves with their longbeards and men with empire knights
orcs bringing in the gobbos and big uns, vampire lords with the terrorgheists and heroes and the chaos with giants and trolls. this seem a really close fight tbh, too bad giants perform badly against some archers

I'd really appreciate it if someone could explain Lance Formation to me. Specifically, I'd like to know what the downsides are to using it.
Makes turning and disengaging much harder/gets stuck easier, and less of the unit makes impact on the charge. you want to use it against factions like the Wood Elves when you're running down archers and trying to bust through Eternal Guard/dryads. you dont want to use it when there is a lot of heavy cav, heavy infantry, artillery, or powerful single entities on the other side,

Hey I am thinking to buy this game and have never played a total war game before. The question is then can I play the game and only buy Total war Warhammer 2?? My head hurts and I have no idea if I can do that or if I must buy the first as well to play everything in second game. the skaven faction is the one I want to play most because it looks like a lot of fun. Any way thanks for any help at all!
If you want to buy wh1 only then you can only play as empire, bretonnia, orcs and dwarfs. If you only buy wh2 you can only play as HE, DE, LM and skaven only.

Hello, how do I unlock the Stubborn Bulls. Cannot currently see them in my army roster. thanks
they are a province specific unit in the campaign, unlocked via the Elector Counts mechanic. in multiplayer/custom you need to turn off Unit Caps to play with them

I got a problem I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve, my game has been super laggy as of late, it’s happened before but would always go back to working just fine. In game it isn’t really laggy at all. Like I can do battles and stuff, but the menu screen and loading screens are suuuuuper laggy, does anyone know how to fix it?
Most of the Time, It's because GPU Driver is out of Date, might check, if that's the case.

Stubborn Bulls are just poor units, like most empire province units, that all.
I cant remember how much they cost, but pretty sure they'd be a problem for a lot of factions if you could bring more than one of them. Their MA/MD is nothing super impressive, but they have a ton of AP, 110 armor, and Immune to Psych. same basic template as Questing Knights, which are arguably the best Bret unit right now. Maybe not the best campaign unit, but would probably be pretty scary in MP. they were just used against the wrong targets here
@@milkandcookiesTW Those units are more rare then ROR, you have to conqueror or confederate province, make your general Province Lord, then you can get those units. At this point, most of them is nothing special. And well, we know from ST, how high armor works with low MD.
Plus, its hard to speak about them in terms of MP, if CA didint add them to MP. Those are fun units to custom battles, but for SP, units like those are pointless. If you play Reikland, you need to rush Ostland to get them, most people will be there at 50 or 70 turn, you may have Demis at this point.
Speak for yourself the special mortars are amazing in campaign and I imagine they would be decent in mp

More proof that demigryph knights are way too powerful for what their lore would suggest. Regular humans with long cumbersome sticks riding above average chickens beating demigods who are on par with the Empire’s greatest generals individually, who kill things bigger than demigryphs every day. It’s just silly and is a simple side effect of GW anti-Bretonnia bias and the fact that they never got an updated army book.
lol i think your underplaying the demigryph's by alot. Their riders are definitely far better then your average human and the demigryph's themselves are superior to horses but i see your point about them beating demigods
willy killa Bretonnian horses are the greatest horses of the old world, so if any horse stood a chance at a chance against the battle chickens it would be Bretonnian. More importantly though, it’s rider could beat the demigryph knight alone without his horse, blindfolded, one arm tied behind his back and naked. Grail Knights are all protagonists with the Lady’s plot armor, or at least that’s the idea behind them. Kurt Helborg, greatest swordsman in the Empire lost a duel with a random grail knight. These guys are supposed to be living legends that make chaos champions look like wimps, but CA just made them pretty good cavalry. Better than most but not the best.

Is it just me or is the beastmen roster just crappy. I say this as someone who has only been able to observe beastmen battles as i have never owned the dlc, but have always wanted to due to their unique design, but could never justify it as they seemed so shit.
they need an update or new dlc for the units they are missing.
