- This Vegetables soup is the best, full of flavour! Sooooo delicious. I’ve made this twice In 2 weeks , and everyone that tasted, loved it.
Listed below are the ingredients used.
Ingredients used for making this Vegetable soup
Assorted meat 2kg
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons bouillon powder
1 onion
300ml (used to cook meat)
Cook for 15minutes
270g ugu
400g spinach
2 onions
3 scotch bonnets
1 cup crayfish
1/2 cup of water (used to blend crayfish and scotch bonnets)
1 and 1/3 cup oil
1 cup meat stock
