NIGERIAN VEGETABLE SOUP. THE ONLY VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE YOU NEED. UGU AND WATER LEAF. EDIKANG IKONG

Hello! Today I'll be showing you how I made this delicious Nigerian style vegetable soup. This is the only vegetable soup you need. It is made with Ugu(Fluted pumpkin leaves) and Waterleaf.
Ingredients for this soup are
2 small bundles Ugu
1 Bundle Waterleaf
1kg Goat meat
1 Pomo(Cow skin)
1 dried Catfish
Stockfish
2 Seasoning cubes
3 Yellow pepper
4 Red Habanero
1 cup Crayfish
Salt to taste
1 Onion
Ugu is a vegetable that is rich in antioxidants, it is high in fiber which helps keep you full for longer.

Wow this was exactly the procedure an Akwaibom woman that sales waterleaf and ugu leaf thought me,like squeezing out water from my waterleaf and adding salt at end of my cooking,because I complained to her my vegetable soup is always salty and watering, and also gave ma a curry leaf to slice and it to the soup,the old woman told me it made her won in a competition far back,and I would say adding curry leaf inside ur vegetable soup is very nice,the aroma and taste is out of this world
