When you could know if the pain comes from the muscle or the nerve ???

      What about under the forearm?.
On the opposite side?. What's that mean

I had an injury in my right arm that caused nerve, ligament and tendon damage. I also have MS which causes spasms in my forearm as well.
As a network administrator working on a keyboard/ mouse became very difficult. I was also a working musician which came to a halt. My doctors suggested that I go on Social Security disability. Life altering is an understatement..
So, i tape my guitar picks to my thumb,😂 and use compression sleeves etc. but the forearm still locks up.
I get Cortizone shots, use a tens unit, acupuncture, physical therapy, etc. etc. They all work temporarily. But your techniques have alleviated the pain/stiffness by at least 50% so far and I am optimistic that my function will increase even more…
I’m so grateful that I found your videos.
Your techniques are simple and extremely effective. I can’t thank you enough!

Total game changer! My radial nerve was visibly inflamed at the top of the forearm and killing me yesterday, I actually had to leave work early. It started bothering me a couple of days before after getting too aggressive with a pectoral stretch. Had ice on it the rest of the day yesterday, and it barely helped. Woke up today and it was the same. Did these two exercises a few times, and now my arm feels like ice water is running through it, there's so much relief! The visible inflammation is drastically reduced and the pain is totally gone. Gonna keep doing these exercises, thank you so much for this amazing video ❤

My left arm has had these radiating pains and I work in construction, so I assumed it was that. The other day while playing piano i felt pain in my left forearm. I also felt it months ago when playing a barre chord on my acoustic guitar. Now I’m wondering if the piano and guitar is aggravating it along with work.

God, thank you so much!!!! AS SOON AS I TRIED THE FIRST WORKOUT, THERE WAS AN INSTANT RELIEF!!!!! 😩😭😌 I've been suffering from this pain for like, 3 days already. I tried to put ointment to see if it was muscle pain/cramps but i knew it was like a vein or something. I did some arm exercises before it ached then played video games on my phone afterwards while lying on the bed and that's when it started to ache. I thought the pain would subside days afterwards but it didn't. Glad to see your video popped up when i searched for forearm pain exercises!!!! Still couldn't believe the pain's all gone!! Thank you!!! 😊✨

Hi I just want to say thank you. Your video has given me hope, I might have over done it going to step 4 but I read in the comments some people felt the improvement the next morning. I have intense forearm pain in my right arm for just over 1 week. But it's coming and going in my left arm for 8 years. I'm so scared my right arm will become chronic too and neither arm will be any use, I can't do a whole lot with my left arm and hand. I initially had an increase in pain after the glides 15 minutes ago but I can now feel the pain coming down a notch lower than the pain I started with. I will continue this and not over do it. Thanks

Thank you so much I just recently started watching your videos after an accident that involved a shattered radius and owner, displaced in front of my hand, a really bad splint job by the ER that I had to wear for 2 weeks followed by carpal tunnel surgery and a titanium appliance on my ulna. Bottom line is I'm having a huge amount of pain in my forearm when I touch it, there feels like there's steel wires running along the top of my forearm into my elbow. It's constant low-grade pain from there as well as for my hand even 2 months on. Not to mention I can't flex my wrist backwards at all, my index and middle finger movement range severely compromised and painful. Anyway I wanted to thank you for this. Sorry for the ramble.🌸

Thanks for the video. I have terrible forearm pain from weightlifting. What’s strange is I see a pop through the skin at the forearm when I do pronated bicep brachial hammer curls. I will try these suggestions to help. It’s awful. Thanks

I have a herniated disc in my C6, C7 but my biggest complaint is forearm tightness and pain and its 100% nerve. I believe it all happened from over doing it in golf. As things started to feel better i picked up golf club and right away the forearm was tight. I believe i may have two injuries. the C7 and some type of nerve problems in forearm. I am 2 weeks into PT for the C7. Alot of upper back stretching and strength work. I will now add these glides as they seem way more gentle.
