It works instantly. Almost magic. Thank you very much.
Thank you, this helped show an at home way to do what the PT person did today.
I never foresaw using a hammer as a tool of strengthening; however, doing so has completely revolutionized the way my arms feel after using the blower in the yard. I used to dread this task, knowing that my arms would be sore for the following two days. Now, due to strengethening those soft tissues in the arms, there is no more soreness!
Glad you're getting relief!

I just did the wrist exercise which you demonstrated at the end - and my sore forearm [which I have had for 4 weeks] has some instant relief of pain. I'll do those other exercises and scrapings tomorrow. Greg [garden grove, CA usa]
Thank you so much! I have forearm pain that flares up when I go from playing my violin to putting it down. Putting it down makes my violin feel like it weighs a thousand pounds. I can't wait to feel some improvement!
Thank you so much for this video. I've had a ton of pain in my forearms for a few months and this exercise was the only thing that helped. Not even compression sleeves made it go away. I was worried I wouldn't be able to touch a piano again. Thank you so much.
Glad the exercises are helping you and thanks for watching!

Thanks man, this pain has been annoying me for a couple months lol
An entire weight has been lifted off my brain. No more pinching and cramping in my forearms. That spoon method just did big wonders. My pain is from driving while doing DoorDash and Uber orders all day for 4 years.
Super 👍
I actually just used my knuckles, worked pretty well
Dr. Rowe I frequent the gym (3 days a wk) and have had a nagging forearm pain. I feel it when I do most pulling motions but it really rears it’s head at the top of a bicep curl. I’ve stopped doing them in hopes of healing the area. Do you feel the scraping will help/rid in my situation? Thank you!
I sometimes have tightness that feels like a mild cramp. I will try this next time it happens. Thanks.
Hope the exercises help!
Please do a video on elbow pain. I have endless ache in the elbows and very tender areas on and around the olecranon process.

Hello, Dr. Rowe!. Thank you very much for your videos! May I ask you and seek your advice? I am a bass guitarist from Ukraine, 65 years old, and I haven't played the bass for two years because I have RSI in both hands. I have treated it with NSAIDs , done many different physiotherapeutic procedures, but it didn't help. The pain is not severe, but it even occurs from using a computer mouse. My left hand is not loaded with anything but it hurts the same.
So the question is - can I do the exercises you recommend, and others, in this condition (mild pain)? There are many videos on TH-cam dedicated to this problem. Should I wait until the pain is completely gone and only then start doing similar exercises for stretching, training, and so on?
Thank you in advance for your response. Anatoliy.
Can I do this for forearm tendinitis?
tysvm
I'm gonna use the spoon technique on my calves and thighs.
Do you have anything for a tightness/soreness on one side of the body? My right arm trap chest & shoulder act up and get tight really sore & I can’t feel a mind muscle connection on that side because of it I’ve tried almost all of your videos for each of those body parts and it helps for a little bit but I can’t figure out how to prevent this from happening again it feels like something is uneven on the one side almost
Vielen dank🙏🌷

Best advice is to consult with your local doctor. Thanks for watching.
See an acupuncturist and/or acupressure massage specialist to help you diagnose and treat. It could be a pinched nerve anywhere from your neck, shoulder, arm, wrist
Necesito estos ejercicios pero no sé inglés 😢
Are you a licenced doctor of medicine?

That's easy; it's all of them. 😬
This must have been what Paul Pelosi was doing with his therapist.
Not funny. Immature.
