Good video, you remind me of myself about 45 years ago when I was monkey wrenching on my 74 CJ5 with a 304 V8. Don't want to sound like I am telling you what to do, but try using a face mask when cutting or grinding with the angle grinder. The disks give off asbestos chain molecules which puncture your lung cells causing camcer. I know the face masks are a pain, but you only have one set of lungs. Sorry to sound like a nag, but you only live once, so take care and make the best of it. Cheers from Canada.
@@keepjeepin969 Wrapping my stretch up right now. I'm going to test it with no sway bar, but it looks like there is room for me to put the stock sway bar back on in a new location. I have a little different setup though because I am building shock hoops and running coilovers behind the rear seat.
biglowsd hell yeah man! I ordered my crawler conzept corners about 2 weeks ago so as soon as they come in I’m making a video for that. You gotta call to get the 8” stretch corners
@@keepjeepin969 I have some OR-FAB corners that worked well for years, so cutting those to match the compcut this weekend. I'm able to keep the stock fuel filler location with 37s and possibly 40s at full stuff. In your video, thanks for the notes about your bumpstops, that helped with my planning. Can't wait to see the corners install. If you do nutserts, get a quality tool.
My man thanks for the video im wondering if youve looked into the 8030 long arm brackets? It says they're supposed to work with the stretch brackets but im wondering if its one or the other of if you need both to do both (long arms and stretch 8") 🤔
Great video thanks! Im really liking this Synergy kit, do you have photos of the completed rig? Interested in how much body you had to cut off the rear corners. did you move your gas tank fill forward?
Trav Kay I did not move the gas tank at all. I will be posting a video when I get my conceptz corner back from powder coat which should be at the end of next week. After I post that video I’m gonna do a video on things I left out of the video like parking brakes. Drive shafts and things I would have done different
Trav Kay TBH the crawler conceptz customer service is not very good It took 3 to 4 weeks to get the fenders and they also added clear back up lights to my purchase (that I didn’t ask for) and I still haven’t received the lights I’ve called and they said they shipped 2 weeks ago still haven’t got them or the tracking number they said they were gonna send.... the radius cut in the fenders are not very smooth either. I would look into TNT customs and have them send you pictures before you order them

2 things I would change I would have got the 05 and up axles and I would have got a drive shaft with a parking break on it because I have to adjust it everyone I bring it to get it inspected

Thanks for putting up a video of your install, I'm about to do my synergy stretch as well. What is your plan for the rear sway bar?

Pardon my ignorance as I am new to Jeeps but this is not stretching the body/frame, correct?
Clint McJeepjunkie correct! Just stretching the wheel base in the rear so the axle sits 8” back from it’s OEM location
Could this kit work if I already have long arms from rough country?
