Kris, awesome 👍 364km is like 226 almost 230 miles and I know you could have push it to 375km .. best we ever got so far in our eTron 55 is 215 miles with the family in the car .. and charging back up to 100% is so crazy quick on our road trips .. our etron is so much better in every way than our previous model X P90D .. well except for 0-60 performance but that gets old .. everything else range, faster road trips, comfort, ride quality etc.. when I say everything else I mean everything etron is so much better ..
Thank you Chris, this is a valuable service you are providing so the rest of us do not need to do the risky tests. I have had an E-Tron 55 since July 2019 and done 27k miles in UK in that time. I need the SUV to transport my three working dogs, mostly in off road rural conditions and rarely on dual carriageways, although the I have taken it to mid France and back. I have only ever needed to use a public charger about 20 times in two years and only for trips away from home. Driving off road reduces the range a good deal but not enough to be an issue. The range extends again as soon as I do a longer journey. Well done, keep up the good work. I have some off road video examples whereby this car is better than most of its type.
Thanks for this great video. Seeing the results after driving at highway speeds is very encouraging. 215-225 miles of range with fast charging times means this would be a great road trip car here in the US.
You do it right, Kris. It is highway speeds that are most relevant for range tests, you never do city driving speed when going on long road trips. Still I would expect more range out of the E-tron with this warm weather and perfect driving condition. Than again, in winter the range loss is only marginal shorter compared to summer range. (about 335 km in optimal conditions, right?)
Why would you expect more? This is physic. 🙂 If you want more range, you need to make compromises in areas like size/practicality, comfort, driving dynamics, off-road capabilities and more.. Don't you need a break after 3-3,5 hours anyway? 🚽🌭☕ In 28 minutes, this car charges from 0-80% and you can drive for another 2,5-3 hours. Repeat twice and you've covered 1200 kms (750 miles) with 1,5 hours total stopping time. That's like Copenhagen to Paris or Las Vegas to Denver, Colorado. That's not too bad, is it? Winter range at these speeds can be anything from 350 to 250 kms. It depends heavily on the temperature and road conditions. Also, in the real world you don't always drive a roundtrip on the same day. Meaning that wind and elevation will greatly affect the range. This applies to all EV's, but to mye experience the e-tron has an efficient heat pump, and with such a large battery, the percentage used for heating is relatively small. So like you say, the experience is not necessarily night and day compared to summer. (Even though range is also affected by more drag and _potentially_ higher rolling resistance during winter.)

Superb video man !! Keep it up !

Where's “Hey Kris, guys here” 😿💔
Hi Kris. Thanks for this Video. Do you have already a window from Hyundai to get a hand on the Ioniq 5?
Finally also some nice Wetter with your etron. And than you have a great consumption.
With 19" Aerowheels and max 110 km/h on the Motorway having good weather it is possible to get >400km out of the E-Tron 55
Hey Kris! Do you still have the polestar 2? If so can you retest the Norwegian High speed run, now when it is better weather? Nice video by the way.

Why do you not have electric veichle registration plates?
So if you bought a car ~ price of etron right now would it still be etron?
if this would have been the little brother e-tron 50 what range could we have seen then?
My 50 SB is about 20% less on 21 inch
It’s still not enough to get me out of my A6 Avant 2.0 TDi quattro, I can get an easy 1100km on a long haul.
Thanks!! 😀👍🏻👍🏻
Is it possible for you to borrow an audi e-tron 50 and do all your range tests?
Thanks for your channel!
