Yup I'll be cutting and splicing that wire outside the connector. I can barely get those things to separate without breaking them. I'm not about to attempt taking one apart to get a wire out and put a new one in.

What do you do when some idiot stole your transfer case motor and cut the blue wire? Where can I find a replacement wire for that?

+Fly Gringo We do not carry just the wires you need. We recommend searching with local auto parts dealers or contacting your local parts department as they may be able to help find the parts you need.

My 2016 f150 goes into 4wd but when it comes out into 2wd there's a squeaking little squealing noise. it goes away when you speed up but not totally. When i do about 10kms/hr it's fine but after i go faster than that the squeal come back . The first time it it did it , it actually grinded a little . Now it just squeals . Could this be the transfer shift motor or is it more likely the IWE system or something in it? Any ideas?

Are you its ok to connect the transfer case motor without installing it in order to position it properly? Ive read a couple comments stating that its not recommended. Any thoughts?

I got a junk Dorman motor. Just says shift in progress.....shift delayed pull forward. Never shifts, motor gets hot. Old T case motor works but throws a contact plate code now and then. Gonna have to get OE.
