A true American hero. Sacrificing himself for others
Because he's the hero they deserve, but not the one they need right now. So they'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not their hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. A dark knight.

I will never understand the mindset Joseph has in this moment. There is literally no reason to not just answer Ramsay's question like a normal person
Ego.
@@MrKimKim possibly could be PTSD. However it could also be purely anxiety driven. Perhaps he has SAD or anti social personality disorder. Just because he served doesn't necessarily mean he would have PTSD. Could be a whole range of variables. Unless you or this person you're alluding to is a psychiatrist, no one can really diagnose what a person is experiencing. Bye bye!
I think the question just went over his head. In the 'Why?" of the question, Gordon was looking for the reasoning to why the particular individuals were selected, but the way he answered it in saying that the group talked about it and decided on them, without the actual details, makes it seem like he just misunderstood what Gordon was asking for. Tough to say what was the true factor here whether it really was a misunderstanding, his ego, or something completely different.
Because if you look at how dialated his eyes are lol explains his anger issues and inability to follow simple directions and normal thought process lol
He probably deemed it useless to answer since the man can speak for himself. When Ramsay asked him again, he has to stick by his decision or it will make him look submissive, and he probably still believes that answering is useless because the man can speak for himself and speaking for him would be a waste of time. If he answers (takes orders which he doesn't want to take) then he will feel like a female dog which belongs to someone else. He's defending his identity which he believes is dominant or at the very least not submissive. He was called stupid which he probably didn't like, we don't want stupidity to be part of us. It's upsetting to be dumb once but we may also think we are dumb all the time. so we may want to reject that painful idea, or accept that we were dumb or are dumb. So perhaps feeling angry from being called that, he didn't want to answer. Maybe he would have said the same thing even if he wasn't called dumb, cuz he don't want to be a b, he simply must stand up for himself or his intellegence, and I guess one way to prove to himself that he's not sub or to enact revenge is to control someone else by making them not do what they were gonna by giving them new orders or saying another possibility with certainty. It might deflect the situation to something else and that makes us feel good? Not sure how that works but it seems like something people would want to do. It's probably just a big priority to be dominant all the time, which means facing opposition to the idea that you have control (over yourself at least) like ramsay who is dominant, is asking the questions and giving orders and thoughts which can effect everyone else and is being listened to and obeyed. So he was like "I'm the one in charge of me so ima not do what you say which will prove I'm in charge of me".
What a classy dude. I'm sure he's got a lot of jobs lined up after this. I don't think Gordon was intimidated at all lol

Bro eliminated himself
Imagine the craziness that would ensue if this guy and Raj were on the same season together lol
Gordon kind of laughing and just how ridiculous the situation is at 3:36
because he secretly knew the ratings will surge after this
When Gordon said “do you think I’m scared 3:09” that hit different
His intimidation tactic backfired so badly its comically
It’s 3:08
The description on this video is gold
I’m worried for this dude’s girlfriend or family, he genuinely seems unstable. Like he was literally just asked a simple question and he lost it 😭
Mom: “somebody stole all the cookies, do you know anything about that”
me: “they can speak for themselves but they know who they are”
It's good that the guards were there to protect Joseph from Ramsay💀😂
Lmfao 🤣
@Kaaz’ho stolen a joke in the same comment section
😂😂😂
That's true. I heard that Gordon Ramsay is a black belt in Karate. So, Joseph wouldn't have stood a chance
No that guys young, black belts don’t mean nothing nowadays , old man could of died ! That’s why he has security , if he was such a good fighter then why need security guards for ?
“You’ve got no respect” the respect can speak for itself but it knows what it is
That took a turn! I’ve never seen a guy get himself eliminated that wasn’t even on the hook! Lol
@3:48
You can tell ramsey said "what a shame, what a total shame" but they edited in "idiot " lmao based

I'm impressed that Ramsey stood his ground to an oncoming attacker and managed to stop him from using violence with just a few words.
That shows how dangerous he is.
Ramsey is 6’2” and buff as hell, he could stop anyone coming at him
@@OllieCreates he has combat training too, so if shit really gets physical, I'm sure Ramsay can hold his ground well.
@@OllieCreates The bouncers showing up was probably what got him to back down.
Super easy to do when it is your arena, your body guards, and your cameras.
Him nearly tripping over the stairs on the way out was really the cherry on top. Negative dignity.
This was the only one of them with any self respect.
He clearly has listening problems
@@FREAK855 If you can't see what a problem Ramsey is, I feel sorry for everyone in your life.
@@siradamthebombdiggity the people in my life can speak for themselves they know who they are.
They can speak for themselves, they know who they are should be a meme! This elimination can speak for itself it knows who it is. I wonder how far Joseph would have gone if he didn’t have that outburst.
“Should be a meme.”
You, my friend, have not read the comment section much in the past several videos.
The fact that the title doesn't even have his name because the elimination speaks for itself is art
Not far, because if someone is that ill in the head, it can't go well.
@@Bowserslave Lol, I was gonna say it IS a meme. It’s almost as prevalent as the Nino meme on Kitchen Nightmares videos at this point.
Gordon is such a badass. He didn’t even flinch, and he stepped forward
Edit 2023: also, the “watch your step” line was honestly very savage 😂
He had two guards right next to him???
@@ObsidianKingSlade the guards are there to protect Joseph
They reused the clip from 1:37 for 3:02 to make it look like Gordon is moving forward to Joseph when Joseph goes to Gordon.
@@ObsidianKingSlade you know Ramsey is a black belt 😂
@@ObsidianKingSlade 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Ramsey would easily put this Baby Marine on the floor.
