Matt Hearn was the most hot-headed and gangster guy in this season. He has trouble managing his anger as we see in the video, throwing tantrums at his teammates and even at Gordan Ramsay himself. However, he calms down after a few episodes and actually becomes a pretty decent cook. He saves his team a few times and becomes a productive member by serving great dishes. But later on, when he starts making mistakes that people criticize him for, his anger comes back to him and things go downhill quickly. He claims not to be a dumbass, but he is a dumbass. He claims to take responsibility for his actions, but always blames others for his mistakes. He might have snapped really badly and punched someone had Gordan not eliminated him. He mostly stood out in the beginning of the season, and several times nearing his elimination. Try to endure his cool, edgy, gangster personality throughout the competition. This was Season 16 of Hell's Kitchen. I could not find any uncensored versions (I looked very hard).
