According to all the naturopaths I have watched and consulted, canola oil is the worst for our health. I am surprised that this latest report still suggests us to use this.
Genetic inheritance is the key. Diet has some effects on one's cholesterol level. That being said diet n exercise still plays an important part to keep ur cholesterol in control . This is not rocket science, don't need these "experts'" advice lol
自己做測試在倆年中,個人每天一食個雞蛋連蛋黃係有膽固醇過高,我係只能食蛋白每天食倆個就沒有事,原來每個人身體吸收都有不同的!
