This is such awesome production quality and vibes! Can't believe you don't have more followers. Definetly gonna be following along from now 😃
Aye appreciate the love!!! Put quite a few hours into filming and editing so I’m glad people enjoy it 🙌🏼
@@LukeTalbot3 Of course! Keep up this level of quality and you'll hopefully be popular in no time. Also really loved your personality after binge watching a few more of your videos 😊
Haha appreciate that for real, maybe one day in the future!!
@@LukeTalbot3 I believe in it! I definetly need some quality running content. Currently recovering from runner's knee, so haven't been able to run in 3 weeks, but watching content like yours helps motivate me to come back stronger😁
@@MuseFoxs Hell yeah love to hear that 🤝🤝
Do your long runs even feel like a “long run”? Your daily milage is already high, vs a general runner who may do 4-5mi during the week, and then jump to a 11-12mi on the weekend. I feel like that would be a bigger jump than tacking on a few more miles to an already high base.
To be honest even adding like 2 or 3 miles onto my easy runs feel long and I think it’s just because once you get used to a distance, your body reacts differently once you go past that distance. Especially when I get close to that 2 hour mark I can tell my legs are feeling it a lot more than an easy run. To be fair though everyone reacts differently so it’s very possible that someone doing the same training as me could say the exact opposite!
Another good video, very peacefull. Here in Austria is very hot too in the last days, but we have to adapt the training like we have to do in other seasons. Keep going! 🏃♂
Thank you, and absolutely, seasons will change soon, just gotta get through it!!!
Loved the video…nicely paced…nice shots…love the doggo!! I dig the color grading too, everything is so vibrant and colorful!
Glad to hear!! Color grading is definitely my biggest weakness when it comes to editing so really does feel good to know it’s getting better!!
Cali being your shadow 💜
Only when you’re not home 😂
I can’t believe you don’t take walking breaks, especially during the peak of summer. I’d be ded without them.
@@Shrypoo 😂😂 yeah it’s just like a built in response now. Can’t stop ever 👀
This is a cool clip
This video was soooo much fun to watch. Loved all the stories. And adding the clips was cool. Keep up the good content ❤
@@MrDjjimmyt 🤝🤝
Very good! Thank you for sharing so many things about yourself and your running story here 👏
Glad you enjoyed!!!
Your homie commentating your run had me 💀💀💀💀
😂😂 it’s i 15min long video it gets me every time too
I hear that guy is really cool and fast

Fucking imperial system
My first running watch was the Garmin Vivoactive Music 3. 4 years with it until the body Crack at the strap hole. Then change to AW SE2 that sadly just splitted the screen from its body after just 13 months of use (happened yesterday). Now waiting for Coros pace 3 to arrive. Got it at about USD180.
Watch durability was a big problem for me when it came to Apple Watches, I broke two of them way too easily to wear them comfortably, but the coros feels like I can bang it around and it’ll be fine so I’m hopeful!
My lovely joints are killing me at 260 pounds and 6'10" (training block for 5k is just pain), oh man why did i choose this hobby!
Bruh, your pacing and milage aren’t anything to sneeze at! I know it’s easy to take yourself and your stats and say “i could be better” but isn’t that everyone? Some days you really have to get over yourself and in a sport that requires a lot of lonely work, it’s hard.
I appreciate it man! Running alone really is a mental battle at the end of the day, super tough but working hard regardless 🤝
🔥🔥🔥
@@Andrea-med aye appreciate you 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Bro you got Legos for days. And I'm here for it! LOL
@@kamilahmuhammed3194 you already know, my pride and joy 😂😂😂
Great content once again!

God is Love
Adidas is at least A tier
They definitely got a lot better over the last few years!
Pod 2 from coros will only reduce pace latency from 15 seconds to 3 to 5 seconds. Coros pace is base on gps so the higher gps mode you set the better it will be. Coros hart rate is great but I think polar is best when it comes to accuracy.
My heart rate monitor is from Polar and it’s really solid so I wouldn’t be too surprised about that!
The watch measures the small upper vein filling via photography. It has zero to do with arterial pulse on the inside. A lot of runners wear the watch on the inside to not get distracted
Yeah, in my experience tho, having it closer to the vein itself produces a much more accurate reading than having it where it normally sits!
I had exams couldnt really watch youtube, so I have now 2 videos for my bike workout! I really dig the music choices and sound design it adds so much to the videos.
Aye love to hear that!! Preciate all the love 🤝🤝
The HR on your wrist tip is awesome! I never thought of that!
Yeah it’s definitely something you gotta get used to, but does a much better job at reading your heart rate!
cool watch!
you know the vibes 📈
Good techniques, I guess 4:40-50 min (2:54-3:00 min per km) 😅
Right on the nose 🙌🏼
Gotta love the intro lol
Ayeee glad someone appreciates it 🤝🤝
you live in north carolina?
No, I live outside of chicago
I had to playback when you said you prefer running in the “single digits,” because of the heat a bunch…🤣😅 However I’d realize you were talking about the humidity. 😅 I personally like the heat to build mental toughness and since I can’t get to the Rocky’s it’s the “poor man’s altitude training”. It’s nothing like that first cold day in the fall too after summer time as well. 🙌🏼👌🏼
To be honest I definitely meant single digits as in temperature, I like running in the cold a lot more than the heat 😭😭 but that first run in the fall when it cools down is amazing as well!!
Your mile pr so like 4:50
💀💀💀
actually 4:52*

man that winter was wild 😭😭
@@LukeTalbot3 All good. I barely even ran last winter. Stayed pretty fat the whole time lol. But we doin great now aren't we

wait why’d bro comment the same thing twice 💀💀
Justin😍
no literally 🔥
Is there a reason you don’t post your run splits? Also, SJM? SMH. 😂Jk, no judgement.
I post my splits for workouts, but for easy runs I don’t really see the reason to, all my runs are public on strava so you can always go check em out if you’re interested! Also I have no idea what SJM means
@@LukeTalbot3 sorry, Sarah J. Mass. I assume that’s who you were reading in the vid based off the color scheme and thickness of the book.
@@Shrypoo ahhh yes me and my mom both read some of her stuff. It’s not my favorite but it’s something we bond over so I don’t mind 😂 There are definitely parts I gotta skip tho 💀
@@LukeTalbot3 that is certainly something to bond over. 😶🌫️
I’m in a super similar situation rn, I keep trying to relive my LR from the winter and losing confidence when I can’t do it
oh yeah man it can be brutal some times, just gotta be patient!
Can’t always be perfect! Lessons are learned by mistakes 😊
