Loved the video…nicely paced…nice shots…love the doggo!! I dig the color grading too, everything is so vibrant and colorful!
Glad to hear!! Color grading is definitely my biggest weakness when it comes to editing so really does feel good to know it’s getting better!!
Another good video, very peacefull. Here in Austria is very hot too in the last days, but we have to adapt the training like we have to do in other seasons. Keep going! 🏃♂
Thank you, and absolutely, seasons will change soon, just gotta get through it!!!
Cali being your shadow 💜
Only when you’re not home 😂
Absolute banger!
aye, glad you enjoyed it!!!
This is such awesome production quality and vibes! Can't believe you don't have more followers. Definetly gonna be following along from now 😃
Aye appreciate the love!!! Put quite a few hours into filming and editing so I’m glad people enjoy it 🙌🏼
@@LukeTalbot3 Of course! Keep up this level of quality and you'll hopefully be popular in no time. Also really loved your personality after binge watching a few more of your videos 😊
Haha appreciate that for real, maybe one day in the future!!
@@LukeTalbot3 I believe in it! I definetly need some quality running content. Currently recovering from runner's knee, so haven't been able to run in 3 weeks, but watching content like yours helps motivate me to come back stronger😁
@@MuseFoxs Hell yeah love to hear that 🤝🤝
Love the vid! Keep it up
@@AshtonSheesley Thabk you!!!
Do your long runs even feel like a “long run”? Your daily milage is already high, vs a general runner who may do 4-5mi during the week, and then jump to a 11-12mi on the weekend. I feel like that would be a bigger jump than tacking on a few more miles to an already high base.
To be honest even adding like 2 or 3 miles onto my easy runs feel long and I think it’s just because once you get used to a distance, your body reacts differently once you go past that distance. Especially when I get close to that 2 hour mark I can tell my legs are feeling it a lot more than an easy run. To be fair though everyone reacts differently so it’s very possible that someone doing the same training as me could say the exact opposite!
Just outta curiosity, is there a significance to the 4:17am alarm lol?
Haha not really, just the time i scrolled on, and happens to workout!
