Great content every episode!! the filming and editing is always top notch. Excited for the race and what’s to come.
Gonna be a fun day next Saturday!
Cheering for you brother. I love seeing hard work grow into something talented instead of talented ppl not really giving it their all. Underdogs always have the better stories!!

You look like you’d be really good at fortnite😍
😈😈😈
Do you typically set the treadmill to a specific incline for your workouts, or do you keep it flat?
I used to do 1% incline for all my workouts, but I hurt my leg at one point during a workout and now I have PTSD 😂 so now it’s just flat!
Makes sense. Thanks! Good luck for the 10k (ik u gonna run 10k).
@@KARANSINGH-th2uo Thank you!! and probably as long as I’m able to 😂
Why not alternate 5:39 and 5:42 for equal amounts of time? That way you also break up the monotony of the treadmill.
I've debated it in the past, but generally I don't want to have to stress over remembering when to switch the pace and I would much rather run 1 pace the entire time then switching back and fourth between two is all
@@LukeTalbot3 Fair enough. I sometimes don’t even worry about how long I’m going at one pace or the other. I just switch between them when I feel like I need to switch it up.
