Omni-Man being able to catch Red Rush makes sense, Viltrumites can move several times the speed of light and Omni-Man has been a high ranking officer in the empire for thousands of years so I doubt Red Rush was the first speedster he’s dealt with

The thing with Vision's power level being insane also goes for Dr Strange, arguably one of the strongest characters in the MCU, and same really goes for Iron Man at the point where he gets nano tech. The three of them could've just made Thanos disappear without a sweat.

Thats the thing, they never know how to make a character look strong without making another one appear weak. Falcon and the winter soldier is a great example where bucky is manhandled by every villain just to show their strength

Speedsters dont have eyes in the back of their head. So they can still be tricked. And Omni man has a mustache, the source of his power. Speedsters can't have mustaches or they will lose aerodynamic. Thus their power is contradictory to real power. The Mustache. I get it. Your favourites are speedsters but.. Check this out. You can't just say their are better cuz you like them. if you can slow down time as much as you want it shouldn't matter with superspeed bc if you could perceive it then you can react to it so lets say your running at the speed of sound then you could react to everything so its not going to really take forever to get somewhere from your point of view what i would be bad cons with super speed is everything feels really slow so something like school/job another one is probably how much your going need to eat so your food bill will be crazy and the last thing is probably blowing out your eardrums bc your not near a sonic boom you are the sonic boom so youll probably be able go sub sonic so you dont destroy everyones ears and your own

I 100% agree, however, a speedster trying to move another human is also impossible cause the effect you'll get is the same as when A-train ran through Stewie's girl, thanks to inertia. Also, carrying another human or two while running is not an easy thing to do at all.

DC quicksilver is actually my favorite iteration of a speedster

MCU Quicksilver's death could be explained. As you said, he's slower and bullets firing at Hawkeye are faster than pistol bullets. Dude is running fast but not as fast to stop the time. So, while he moves, bullets are moving too and with decent speed. Quicksilver just could had not enough time to come close to Hawkeye, grab him and drag away. So he just pushed Hawkeye when bullets were just in 1 mm away from them.

I think Omni man is a speedster man, it's been shown many times in the show. So the problem is not why red rush got caught by omni man but how omni man got hit by non speedsters in the serie

With both Omni Man and Apocalypse, they both were the Pinnacle of super powers. Omni Man has shown super speed, and Apocalypse is the ultimate mutant so super thinking isn't out of the realm of possibility.

technically quicksilver speeds up things around him as seen in the pong scene, so the durability argument doesnt make sense as the droplets would simply speed up relative to him when they touch him

The big problem is speedsters require a whole bunch of powers just to survive having their own speed - but it's rarely presented in the material.

Yup superspeed if actually used is essential and auto win button in basically any situation.

When Hulk backed down from another round with Thanos in the MCU, that's when I lost respect for the character.

What kills me is THOR both in comics and film. He is a GOD but rarely seems to fight or use powers at that level. Wolverine seems more godlike than THOR
