For many people & me Holiday & vacations are for traveling & exploring. If not then vacations are wasted. Many people find travelling relaxing & fun as well. Thus, 'making out of everything' goes well. However there times and things that are not like 'making out of everything' and you need to take breaks so if you find travelling fun and relaxing you can go on & it's not wrong to have such kind of mentality but make sure you get enough rest and are mentally prepared to get on with work whenever you finish your vacations. I recently started on with kdrama One Day Off & I totally feel the protagonist 😅❤❤
If you felt like doing that before, then it was good. But now you change your mind and feel you want to relax more, then it is also good. We dont have to always have the fixed mentality. Everything is good at the right time
Daebak you went to Jeju😮😊. U look so cool & cute at the same time & that's true Im Si Wan is so underrated, Summer Strike is just 😍. Love you from India🇮🇳. Hope you land in ph.d soon❤❤

hello! dear, sorry in advanced for my my english.. i'm so lost so can you help me please? this is quite urgent!! in biomedical science path is there only lab works? like MLT or MLS? or research stuff? or is there any other jobs more than lab works (i mean not relating to labs at all)? if there is can you tell me more about it? and what path will be the most promising in future jobs? like neuroscience or anything.. and how they become neurologists or occupational therapist with this BSc? and do even pathologists can't make it to the jobs? oh god i'm so lost please help me. i need to choose between biomedical science, biotechnology, or engineering of above ones and nursing for my BSc. and this is urgent!! i really don't know what to do. i'm just happy with anything. i just need quite good salary. everyon says there's no future in biomed so i'm scared to take that path. so help me please
Love ur content and cv writing I took your advice , I’m a doctor changing fields , xoxo
@Vy could u please describe in details about how i can apply for a Masters in Biotech(or Applied Bio. ) course in Cambridge and the qualifications i would require to even have a chance to get accepted... i know its too far fetched to even think of having a chance to study here , but still ..Dream's a dream😅...i would be ever grateful to ya...
Damn, fist time I've had a look at that field. Looks amazing!
Thank you!!
Definitely! Thank you! Exactly what was I thinking about recently. This needs to be talked about more
It’s been on my mind for a bit especially after I started working, so glad you resonate with me too!!
@@biomedwithvy I was very happy to see someone say something about this. Especially in health and biology fields, this feels more prominent. No time in history had we this divided and isolated sciences. I believe this puts a sort of blindness on us. Because the universe is a whole and it functions as a whole ecosystem, we must try to have a more whole perspective of it. I'm doing my PhD at the moment and I must say, I'm a little disappointed or rather disillusioned about the whole academia...
This looks so 🆒 Cool:)
Well love your lappie wallpaper 😂💗
Woh, thank u smmm for this valuable video<333
I'm currently in the process of writing my applications, and Imperial is my current priority for my Master's. Thank you so much for this insightful video, it's definitely helped me with choosing what to include in my personal statment and the video format was straightforward and easy to understand which I greatly appreciate! Thanks again!
Can a medical gradutes apply for a PhD in biomedical sciences ?
Could you please compare Medical Science and Pharmaceutical Science?
Thank you for the intelligent tips 🎉
Am currently enrolled at cellular and molecular biology master degree, advanced curriculum studies in Italy. I wish to begin my work as a research assistant in molecular virology after I completed my studies. Cambridge is my target to explore more there in future
Honestly chocolate chip brioche really do be the mvp of quick breakfasts with no dishes left over
Hello 👋 dear, Iam a first year Molecular biology master student. I need to do my first year laboratory research internship but I didn’t get what to research on ? Can you suggest good fields for my internship and thanks
thanks for answering these Qs, I want to work as a research assistant after completing my Master's in immunology and I hope I get there someday, I just found your channel and it's very helpful and a source of encouragement to apply to the job like yours 💛
That is great Vy. I am done with my undergraduate Degree in zoology at Pwani University in Kenya, here we don't have a biomedical science course specifically. so I am looking forward to joining a master's degree to increase my chances for employability but I still feel like I should maybe get some experience first. what do you advise Vy?
oops, i have definitely used the ideal candidate thing. thank you for this!
WHATTT IVE SEEN YOUR WORK BEFORE OMG
Hey, this might be too late for you to see. but I am having a lot of problems getting into a research assistant role as I don't have any "specialised" skills. like I have an MSc in forensic investigation and before that a BSc in Zoology, Botany & Chemistry. (I am an international student in the UK as well and for that reason, I cannot apply to any of the forensic-related roles.) So I was just wondering if you had any tips for me breaking into a biological research assistant or a research technician role.
What is possible with just the bachelor, without pursuing any further studies? Thx
what is ur field of research?
I’ve been wanting to go into this wonderful field, you are so inspiring and videos like this give me a feel on what day to day life might be like for me someday!
I’m currently preparing for an interview for junior RA , your video helps me a lot !!!
omg i'm malaysian too!! you're such an inspiration aaaa
Hello what degree do you need to work in this kind of job. I am in nursing school and would llike to change my major..
this is undergrad internship research training. so i don’t think they’ll ask such knowledge based because they’re going to train us
this was so good
What do you do if you worked your 1st research assistant job, and loved it. You really learned a lot, and gained some new skills. You stayed for over a year and a half, but it was a very toxic work environment. You put up with the toxicity, because you loved the research, and the job itself. But staying backfired, because you wound up getting fired, due to the toxicity. How do you recover from that? What do you do moving forward? Will this hurt you badly in the long run?
