I’m glad you were able to get some glasses to help your vision in the short term. I am working on a Simplicity pattern for my youngest granddaughter. It is a “rainbow” dress.

Lovely pattern choices Alison. My fave is the Indy top ❤ Take care when projecting, I had so many leads I nearly broke my neck getting around the table as my projector needs very low light to be able to see the pattern lines! Swapped to wifi now and much safer 😊

I had some complicated eye surgery a few years ago. Also took 2 attempts. All has been tickety-boo since then, and I hope yours will be as good also. ❤

Oo I love those glasses. I've only ever used the notcher on the paper pieces makes them stand out, I was told it wasn't for fabric cos it will blunt it 😮😊

I love the Agatha dress! You make the funniest faces, always makes me laugh. Oh missing fabric, so annoying, and always wonderful when it reappears. I was hoping to make a similar tote bag for one of my daughters using some fruity fabric, but unfortunately, life was busy and nothing was made for the challenge 😞. Whenever I watch you, I feel like we are out having a cup of tea and chatting about our sewing life.

I was going to suggest the airing cupboard! I had a Laura Ashley dress that I wore loads. It had a white tie collar. I got rid of all my patterns so no idea what it was. Why did I do that I wonder.? Good luck with all your plans😃

Glad you found your fabric. I pulled out a pink with watermelons on it double gauze fabric from a past SewHayleyJane subscription to enter the sew fruity challenge. I pulled it out of my stash weeks ago, can I find it? No. I have searched high and low and it's nowhere to be found. The challenge has now passed, i'm totally flummuxed. I would not have binned it so its somewhere. I'm so miffed 🤪

I have made a Cypress dress (moodsewciety) using the floral pink fabric with the white background for a frugal frocks entry in 2021 run by Sam @ Frugalisama, bought from Coalville fabrics (not sure if they are still trading). Regarding the missing canvas “welcome to my world”! I need a larger sewing room with more shelving 😉

I'm guessing that fabric is in the least likely place. Sewing room pixies lol x
