I created this channel primarily for 4 reasons:


1. To share tips and guidance on all things related to meditation.

2. To help you to find real, practical alignment in your self both physically, mentally and spiritually.

3. To provide more spiritual clarity and understanding, without being confined to any one particular religion or group.

4. To Help you to establish direction in your spiritual work (this is the missing link for many people).

5. To help you to navigate life’s challenges from a higher perspective and live life as it should be lived.
