I believe it’s important to understand it is a natural process, and to try to mentally induce something because you read about it somewhere, is not recommended. Being in stillness, being present in the moment, no matter what you are doing, is the pathway to allowing the process to accelerate naturally.
I so needed this explanation. I have returned to meditation after a gap of many years, but this time it has felt very different. COVID a month ago meant I was bedbound for 4 days. No energy. I thought it's time to really look after myself. This is when my awakening began. Ever since, whenever I think of the divine/thanking the divine, even outside of meditation, I get pressure at my third eye, I have experienced spinning and twitching when I meditate. I have also experienced a deep rumble from feet to head, that freaked me a little, hence why I may be showing up at your online skool soon as I want it to stay gentle, I have only been doing this for the last 6 weeks. ❤
The skool is a great place if you feel like joining, it really helped me with committing to meditating daily and great place to share experiences and ask questions :) Well done for connecting with the Divine regularly, that's such a powerful practice and a lot of times missed.
@littlewarcovers thank you! I am hoping to join when it's less busy for me so have more time to focus and learn meditation techniques. I am meditating twice a day am and pm and sometimes short sessions mid afternoon. It's a complete change for me. It would be nice to find my tribe who connect with what I am experiencing. It was an unexpected but welcome change and feel that connection with the divine has guided me on the right path and stopped me making bad decisions. The Divine I believe has also given me a new healer this week. It's quite overwhelming.
I'm not doing any traditional meditation but instead try to be present and focus on my energy whenever possible for a (rather short) while now with the help of binaural beats every few weeks. About a month ago I started to feel a sensation of spiraling energy in my head and later on everywhere I focused on. One day when lying in bed in the evening some kind of energy (felt like a mixture of peppermint and chili) moving down my spine from the head to almost the heart. Very slowly and hesitantly, it seemed to require a lot of focus and willingness to allow. Every now and then I will feel some "openings" in my head or spine with a subtle "plop" sound, but without the intense energy. From what I've gathered (as the best resource I would count on "The power and mystery of kundalini" from the channel "science and nonduality), it was prana/chi with a light and gentle movement of kundalini this one time, is that correct? Most kundalini activations from lower spine to top/crown seem to be induced by either specific forms of meditation/yoga, accidents or are just "planned to happen" at some point (and also rather intense, to put it lightly). So is the energy actually stored on the lower end of the spine? It seems rather that it can activate either from top down or vice versa, while the top down one seems to be gentle and only based on one allowing it / having the needed progression. Also, I unterstood that this process can take years - so I guess it is normal, that you take one step, try to progress further and only then the next "part" will be "opened"? Either way, I'm trying to be thankful and "make friends with it" you could say 😅 Now keeping a bin next to my bed just in case we get to the next phase, it was so intense that I almost felt like I had to spit... Thank you - wishing everyone well and much love to anyone reading this. Hope you will have a gentle experience as well ❤
For me, it's always been a pressure, like someone is gently pressing my occipital bone. It always reminds me I am thinking or doing something in the right direction spiritually.
The pressure that I feel comes to subtle mental exertions that I find myself applying the longer that I sit and 'fill' my vessel. I have noticed over the years that when that pressure gets really intense, if I simply relax my attention/ focus, the pressure goes along with it. To me, it seems to indicate an accumulation of energy in the area of my focus, and depending on the direction of my focus, it's either an outward radiating sensation, or an inwards moving pressure/ magnetic sensation.
Ben!!! I am forever grateful for the videos you make!! Thank you for existing and being here to help us! I appreciate the time and effort you put into making videos for us. They have helped me in my spiritual journey and also managing my anxiety and depression
Omg! I was just driving around listening to your other videos about your master and avatars yesterday and I was wondering if you had made a video on this yet. Thank you ben.
Interesting.... I get this tingling or pressure often throughout my day, not necessarily meditating. Can be reading a book, or during conversations, or during my daily tasks. At times I have the same feeling on my right temple too...
When my kundalini started to rise, it felt like two snakes going up my legs. I like the description that we are connecting with our higher selves and we are equally the divine.
Thank you so much for explaining this Ben!! I placed a commend on one of your recent video's, with exactly this question. Only started to meditate 6 months ago, so all these feelings are new for me. I have this tingling feeling in my third eye and atop of my head and I had no idee why this was happening. I'm pleased to here that I'm doing everything right!!
I often get a light tapping on my forehead (third eye) like a soft finger tapping. I've also experienced a swirling on my back as if someone is drawing on my back with their finger, it's a phenomenal experience to me
This spot is only physically felt for me when I read with the intent of learning. I can read all day and nothing happens, but when I study for school work, I get really tired and feel my third eye.
I have this book! What a synchronicity! There's so much great information in that particular book about Divine Avatars. An amber glow light while reading at night is key.
Yup. Exactly as you say; I get tingling there when I think about spitual things and also when I meditate. Actually it gets quite annoying. Kinda wish it meant more than you said.
i having the sensation for at least 8 years now, i think information of the video is quite accurate. think that, also is a way to work on your ansiety or expectations, and just enjoy the experience of being, in the spaciousness. Eventually guiding you to growth on a spiritual level.
I love to meditate 144 i just wanna say i have a open third eye i can see energy even in fruits i see smoke coming from it i had a kundalini awaking in 2012, you can mark that year off alot of people waking up
Could you please tell me the stages you went through to reach the point where you can see energy in everything, starting from the beginning of your Kundalini awakening?
@aansar369 the awaking was quite intens, you will notice good and bad energies cause its like you are a attene like a radio, i could see other species to i call them the reptilians they were in large crowds just observing people, so for me its different cause i could also see angels like archangel Micheal he helped me btw from the darkness i wass pulled that way so when he came everything changed i went to a guru to close it again there are no stages if you ask me for me its was wide open, now its closed half i asked to closed it to a goddes Kali. Cause i couldnt even see straight anymore the aura's around people i could see that all the time and there spiritguides so if you have a full open eye with the kundalini awaking thats very hard to handle its true what they say
Thanks very much for the explanation! I’ve had this sensation on my forehead often times especially during / after the meditation. Not entirely sure why it was that way. Now I get a solid answer. Like your videos in general! Thanks for enlightening us !
Odd this video shows up. Just yesterday I had the feeling come upon me, then almost simultaneously I had a feeling of peace and love shroud my experience. Not the first time I'd felt pressure, but the other experience were novel.
This is what i have been feeling for so many years. I the reason on so many places but couldn't find the answer. Even though I knew that people feeling pressure between eye brows but the way I was feeling it is exactly same as you have described, on forehead feeling of pressure and tingling and also in different parts of head and sometimes part of nose close to forehead. I thought it was something related to sinuses. I feel exactly same even now when i meditate or focus on something.
:) sometimes its like your head is becoming a light bulb and it will explode. sometimes when you go up into the chakras you just feel communication with everyones soul its fascinating yet it can become a psychosis lol. thanks for the great video!
This was a great explanation, especially of what may be happening with the kundalini during meditation. Could you please do a video on the Qi energy you mentioned? If you could explain the difference between kundalini and Qi - and what their roles are - that would be fantastic. And thank you. With deep gratitude 🙏🏽
I have these sensations. For a some months these sensations where so intense that i could feel them all the time, everyday and it was sometimes very difficult because i was starting a new job and these sensations where quite distractiong when learning my new job. They have toned down a bit now, but i feel them very much during meditation. During meditation and can almost move these sensations by pure focus and will. And when they hit certain spots, the sensations can expand and become very blissful and pleasurble. There has been some meditation sessions where these sensations has exploded to such a intense state where i felt pure love and ecstacy. Im very grateful for these experiences. But i will certanly take away this teaching of going slow, because after these experiences, my day to day experiences have felt almost unreal in a way. So i think i need to ground more. Maybe do some love and kindness meditation.
Definitely have felt the tingling/pressure. During non-meditation time, I will get energy waves throughout my body. Typically from topics, music, etc. they start at my neck, shoot down my spine, and outward to arms and around my torso. Sometimes they reflect back. Sometimes if focus, I can trigger them.
This is most likely Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, better known as ASMR. I am doing my thesis on this subject, which is fascinating. You have described this sensory phenomenon to a tee. It is currently believed to be a form of synesthesia.
very interesting video thanks. Would love to learn more about other energies in detail as well. I also feel the tingles at my temples, everytime I meditate, feels really nice :)
that burning,i kinda felt something like that on my shoulders, not really painfull burn but a combination of burning and tingling, not really pleasant nor painfull
From a Vipassana meditation practitioners perspective: There are always sensations all over and throughout the body at any given time, arising and passing away. Some are gross, solidified sensations and some are more subtle. If you find yourself feeling sensations where you didnt feel them before, it just means that you have become more aware of what was already there. 🙏
One (not so mystical) reason you might be experiencing headaches during meditation if that you could by crossing your eyes or looking all the way up/down unknowingly.
I have noticed often what I thought was electrical sensations, tingling on my scalp , but also during a meditation I was doing to remove negative energy, I had little shocks on my legs abdomen etc
@@TheEnderPearl Far from implying feeling special. Of course not! But just want to know what it is. So common why no-one tells about it? Is it like well known? What is it precisely besides common & nothing?
Ugh i meditate and practice lucid dreaming and astral projection daily but every time (after about 20-30 mins or so) an extreme wave of heat overcomes me:/ i always end up moving or having to get up bc it’s so intense. I don’t know how to fix this and i can’t get passed it..pls help
What about hearing a high pitched ringing in the ears? It gets higher then usually right after feel the energy stronger. Sometimes the ringing stays for a while.
I listened to extremely strong mantra videos and the like. , there was far too much energy and when I was about to get up the next morning and was about to sit down at the breakfast table, it spun so violently that I passed out and landed on the floor. I felt very calm when I came to myself again, but became more afraid after a while that it will happen again.
i feel vibration and shaking when i meditate on clearing my chakras; but mostly at my third eye followed by the crown chakra. Ive not attempted to awaken kundalini but it sounds as though i have those symptoms?
Since elementary school after i wake up from my sleep, i have this kinda strange sensation on my forehead (between my eyes) really fit with what you described so far. But the strange is, i kinda have a controll over it like if iwanna open it or close it. If i open it in my meditation state, the sensation gradually arise covering the top of my head and lighten up my body. What do you think?
Okay I have a question I hope that you see this about 5 years ago I started meditating am I healed my chronic anxiety immediately something I was suffering from for 20 years disappeared immediately play the third day with no anxiety I was like what the hell is going on can I noticed a pressure in my third eye region since then it has grown and grown and grown since then I can turn it on on demand in my entire face turns numb and my third eye is pulsating strongly in meditation I usually get goosebumps all over my body and this electricity surges and it keeps getting stronger and stronger years ago when this first happened it scared the s*** out of me it was so intense I didn't think I could take it anymore anyway till this day it's grown more powerful and I guess my question is what the heck is going on
It is normal. Not everyone will have this exact experience, but it is normal. It is all because you are going deeper and losing touch (gently) with body consciousness. A lot of the effects are related to kundalini. The fear also comes from the ego - the part of you that wants you to stop. Go gentle, but all is good.
Ben, I’ve noticed the jolts or twitching while mediating which I’ve learned to ignore but now I’ve noticed this while I’m falling asleep. Is that normal? I hadn’t thought anything about it until I saw this video. Thanks.
No necessarily. Providing this isn’t a health issue (might be worth seeing a health professional to confirm) this is normal on occasion in meditation. The Divine light that enter you’d as you meditation can have many affects, headaches and such things are quite common. It’s nothing to worry about in this instance 🙏
I get the feeling of droplets under the skin that travel to the bridge of the nose and continues down the cheeks, Now there is nothing when you go to wipe it away and i've asked around about this sensation and I've never really gotten an explanation to the feeling that made sense to me anyone with info on this ?
My buddhist lineage calls it "the water of the spirit." They say it travels up the spine and down the front of the body and keeps circulating around the body in this clockwise motion when youre doing the spiritual work. The water of the spirit apparently goes counter clockwise for most people because most people are just letting their attachments control their life without opening up at all to the "bigger picture." The masters in my lineage recommend for us to visualize a pure white or golden light going up the spine, down the front of our face, and into our lap, then underneath our pelvis and back up the spine. They say to visualize this cycle 3 times before letting it go and continuing with the meditation. You dont want to visualize it constantly because it can get intense but a few visualizations can help to get the "water of the spirit" moving in the right direction.
Thank you. I experience this a lot and when I ask, practitioners allllwayssss say it’s my third eye opening, which never felt right. Is it a meeting of the divine light then? I find myself trying to get past it or it leaves me feeling frustrated after. Any more insight or recommendations for that?
It’s genuinely shocking how people are out here struggling when The Cosmic Wealth Frequencies on Borlest exists. This isn’t your average motivational fluff-this is raw, actionable power. Read it, and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
I'll usually feel a warmth that tickles in between my eyebrows in the same spot people point to when talking about their third eye. No idea why it happens or what is triggering it.
I have had this sensation starting at my third eye, and lately covering my whole head for e few years now. It started after I was initiated into Kriya Yoga in 2020. I have not been able to find a good answer to my questions about this and what it is. Hints of it might be my kundalini have appeared, but no solution how to calm it. I ended up with having to stop my Sadhana and only do some short meditation daily. But the sensation does not go away. Any suggestions how to approach this situation will be appreciated 💫🙏
"the divine" what is that supposed to mean? (without specifying what it is it doesn't seem like an explanation at all. Same goes for "energy" what do you mean, it's hardly "potential energy" or "watt" or is it?)
What about feeling energy going up your spine and it being a cooling sensation for weeks? 😂 I know its related to the kundalini energy. I just went to see my energy healer and while he was working i saw a golden/white snake go to the bottom of my spine grab a white ball of energy then went up my spine and out the top of my head. I've had cooling sensation and feeling energy moving in my spine since. Also feel my nerves (electric feeling). I know its related to the kundalini but what does it mean?
Why do eyes shake when focusing on the third eye portion ?? Ofcourse we should not do it forcefully as eyes can be you know displaced frkm the normal position
If feel a bit of burning/ a little hurting in front of the right ear (side of the head).. especially when working with kundalini.. does that mean anything?
Could someone clarify, I get those tingling and vibration sensations in my third eye when meditating, hoping this video would shed some light on this but I still don't understand. It's divine light and kundalini? I'm not sure what those mean. I practice thervada buddhism and divine light isn't something that's talked about.
When I put crystals on my chakras & lie down for an hour I sometimes get twitches in my legs. It can get quite intense & a little unpleasant sometimes. A few times my arms have twitched too. I never know when it’s going to happen. I can use the exact same set of crystals & one time will be pure bliss & relaxation & the other will be full of twitching! 😂 Recently I used the same set of crystals for 3 days in a row. The first day I had nothing for the first half hour, then intense twitching. The second day I didn’t get any twitching until after 40 mins & then it was mild. The third day - no twitching at all. I do find it all very interesting. I don’t suppose you have any idea what might be causing it?
It's not what you're saying it is, you're viewing it from the standpoint of body. If you're an actual master like I am, you can take the pressure and grab and move that perception or pressure somewhere else, and you can do that because you know it's not a sensation you're having on a body, it's a perception you're having OFF the body and your body is just you following a set of rules that say when and where that thing should be understood, but if you don't agree to that you can do a lot more. Let me explain how this really works so you understand. You, the awareness, are not a body, and the body is a set of incorrect rules and limitations you follow to paint a picture of where it is you are currently believing yourself to be. All you are doing in your practice is understanding your perceptions of things like chakras as it pertains to the rules, but not what they are. You yourself simply have more awareness and perceptive ability than most by understanding 'some' of what you're saying, but not most. All you know is that the chakras are there and you can feel them, but you're still allowing the "body level" of reality to cloud your judgement of things because it's what you're using to make new rules that account for the already incorrect rules and laws of it that you ALREADY follow. Imagine you are an awareness that was fed incorrect information as it realized itself to be 'here'. Every single perception and understanding you make keeps you trapped within the limitations you artificially place on yourself, because they are all based on the rules of having a body and using a body, which you already know doesn't exist! So if the body doesn't exist, the rules you're applying don't either! So to understand and to make actual progress, you have to try to separate literally as much as you can from the very notion of body because otherwise you're going to be constantly feeding yourself misinformation over and over again. All you've managed to do so far is just perceive you're not the body, you make perceptions OFF the body, and the chakras are just your canary in the cole mine, and your clue to look into things more, not to stop and ruin your progress by placing limitations on what you do every, single, time with these videos and notions of body with power, when the body has NO power at all, it's just a criteria you're agreeing to and nothing more.
Just lately I've been getting a squeezing/tingling feeling at the sides of my face just lately, can come out of now where. Doesn't hurt and I don't feel ill or anything, But is noticeable and goes away 🤔.
The tingling correlates with EEG activity, I’ve measured it with a real, wet hookup EEG. The harder you “push” to increase the tingle, the higher the amplitudes across almost all brainwave frequencies that you will see. I’m fine with the mystic interpretation, but it’s neuronal overclocking, basically. The headaches from meditation are from essentially “running too high of an overclock” for too long. The source of the pain is likely too much vasodilation.
What do the headaches mean? I’ve been meditating for a long time, and usually i end up with the back of my head throbbing and I almost feel like it’s my resistance to that feeling thar makes it stay, trying to accept it, but curious because you mentioned it in this video, what is the divine trying to show me or teach me through these headaches or throbbing ?
I’m interested to know as well. I even feel this tingling pressure on my forehead during / after meditation. Curious, why do we feel that way sometimes? Is it any indication that needs to be aware of?
I also feel a throbbing sensation in my head when I meditate it’s a very uncomfortable feeling. I will occasionally catch my self rocking back and forward?!
@gemini2932 rocking or spinning is related to to the movement of kundalini energy during meditation due to the energy being a spiralling energy. The head aches are a byproduct of the Divine light entering (assuming you haven’t got any physical ailments) 😄
The silence around The Cosmic Wealth Frequencies on Borlest is deafening. This book is like a forbidden key to another level of life, yet no one seems to notice. Wake up-this is the edge you’ve been looking for!
It’s surprising how people are only scratching the surface and don’t take the time to read Whispers of Manifestation on Borlest. Go out of the rabbit hole guys

i having the sensation for at least 8 years now, i think information of the video is quite accurate. think that, also is a way to work on your ansiety or expectations, and just enjoy the experience of being, in the spaciousness. Eventually guiding you to growth on a spiritual level.
So ungrateful 😂
When this happens to me, I get the chills and start to feel really hot! My palms and feet begin to sweat as well
Thank you. I was wondering about that. 💜
Thank you 😊
Odd this video shows up. Just yesterday I had the feeling come upon me, then almost simultaneously I had a feeling of peace and love shroud my experience. Not the first time I'd felt pressure, but the other experience were novel.
My third Pulses rapidly. Feels so warm and cool
I have this pressure 24/7 😂 and it tingles here and there.
The fact that nobody talks about the book whispers of manifestation on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
that burning,i kinda felt something like that on my shoulders, not really painfull burn but a combination of burning and tingling, not really pleasant nor painfull
Thank you 🙏🏽
I always get that
Thanks Ben
One (not so mystical) reason you might be experiencing headaches during meditation if that you could by crossing your eyes or looking all the way up/down unknowingly.
I only started feeling this “pressure” in my forehead area while meditating.
At first it felt quite invasive lol
I have noticed often what I thought was electrical sensations, tingling on my scalp , but also during a meditation I was doing to remove negative energy, I had little shocks on my legs abdomen etc
I feel an intense to subtle pulsing sensation
Pressure, I fell pressure very clearly and on demand on the third eye area. For years now. Please, what is it??.
I feel it on demand as well. Since I can remember and I'm 42.
It’s nothing 😂
It’s common for everyone
You aren’t special bro
Sometimes the ringing stays for a while.
my pineal does something about twice a month ,sometimes in the supermarket .
Ben can you do a video about your thoughts on chakra coloured Glasses
I listened to extremely strong mantra videos and the like. , there was far too much energy and when I was about to get up the next morning and was about to sit down at the breakfast table, it spun so violently that I passed out and landed on the floor. I felt very calm when I came to myself again, but became more afraid after a while that it will happen again.
Yes, it’s best to avoid those types of things unless under guidance. Simple meditations are generally the best approach 😊🙏
i feel vibration and shaking when i meditate on clearing my chakras; but mostly at my third eye followed by the crown chakra. Ive not attempted to awaken kundalini but it sounds as though i have those symptoms?
Lately I feel like air is flowing around my forehead.
Had presser in the last hour 1/2 on my forehead never had it this long. I wonder why that is 🤔???
It’s kinda crazy how nobody wants to get out of the rabbit hole and read the book Whispers of Manifestation on Borlest
What do you think?
i feel like im wearing a helmet 24/7 since 4 years now
Please examine and investigate Caeayaron and Suzanna Maria Emmanuel
Go gentle, but all is good.
i can trigger a tingling sensation there if i focus on it, but i cant trigger it anywhere else in my body (that i know of) like this
Great info. But I don’t understand why you don’t mention entities? They are all around and effect each of us all the time.
Because they’re not related to the sensations I’m talking about here.
Ben, I’ve noticed the jolts or twitching while mediating which I’ve learned to ignore but now I’ve noticed this while I’m falling asleep. Is that normal? I hadn’t thought anything about it until I saw this video. Thanks.
I think it’s pretty normal. Energy moving I get that as well.
The more I meditate, I get headaches, sometimes nausea or other emotional when I'm around people. I feel sick so should I ease up?
The water of the spirit apparently goes counter clockwise for most people because most people are just letting their attachments control their life without opening up at all to the "bigger picture."
The masters in my lineage recommend for us to visualize a pure white or golden light going up the spine, down the front of our face, and into our lap, then underneath our pelvis and back up the spine. They say to visualize this cycle 3 times before letting it go and continuing with the meditation. You dont want to visualize it constantly because it can get intense but a few visualizations can help to get the "water of the spirit" moving in the right direction.
@@DharmaPunk111 Thank you for sharing! I will try this o7
Thank you. I experience this a lot and when I ask, practitioners allllwayssss say it’s my third eye opening, which never felt right. Is it a meeting of the divine light then? I find myself trying to get past it or it leaves me feeling frustrated after. Any more insight or recommendations for that?
I used to get so much tingling, now its mild, that sometimes it felt like something is tickling it and i had to rub it with my fingers or hands.
It’s genuinely shocking how people are out here struggling when The Cosmic Wealth Frequencies on Borlest exists. This isn’t your average motivational fluff-this is raw, actionable power. Read it, and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
The ultimate solution for third eye tingling is transmute that energy in navel 🙌 nobody is saying solution this is the solution i mentioned
This happened when I was meditating and visualizing to invite more healing, abundance and happy relationships into my life ❤👀🥹
What does it mean if you start getting strange tastes in your mouth,is this a symptom of kundalini at which point does this happen
"the divine" what is that supposed to mean? (without specifying what it is it doesn't seem like an explanation at all. Same goes for "energy" what do you mean, it's hardly "potential energy" or "watt" or is it?)
it feels like there is a difference between how left and right electrical shocks are transmitted to me.
What do you think?
Has your kundalini awakened?
have u ever experimented with psychedelics
I feel like my forehead is cut horizontally, what does that mean?
Could someone clarify, I get those tingling and vibration sensations in my third eye when meditating, hoping this video would shed some light on this but I still don't understand. It's divine light and kundalini? I'm not sure what those mean. I practice thervada buddhism and divine light isn't something that's talked about.
What if you have these sensations (tingling, pressure, and full body vibration) outside of meditating? Is the source still these energies?
Yep! It will often occur at completely random times 👁️
Does the pressure/tingling feeling indicate a blockage in the third eye chakra? I get this intensely and regularly .. cheers :)
Is it pressure in the head demonic?
@ I definitely will do that. Thanks for such a helpful reply & for back to me so quickly! It feels good to finally know what’s going on ☺️
It's not what you're saying it is, you're viewing it from the standpoint of body.
Someone needs to learn humility.
Rolled my eyes too many times reading this, because of your ego
Just lately I've been getting a squeezing/tingling feeling at the sides of my face just lately, can come out of now where. Doesn't hurt and I don't feel ill or anything, But is noticeable and goes away 🤔.
I also get this too! Not so much on my third eye centre, but more along the sides of my face. Or directly on my temples.
Its a weird feeling. Be good know if this is something spiritual/meditation base 🤔.
@adji69 I sometimes get the same sensation during my meditation
@@gingersky2505 it's a strange feeling. Glad I'm not the only one
I don't have a third eye area because I don't have a third eye. Do you?
Just because you haven't experienced it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist
The tingling correlates with EEG activity, I’ve measured it with a real, wet hookup EEG. The harder you “push” to increase the tingle, the higher the amplitudes across almost all brainwave frequencies that you will see. I’m fine with the mystic interpretation, but it’s neuronal overclocking, basically. The headaches from meditation are from essentially “running too high of an overclock” for too long. The source of the pain is likely too much vasodilation.
No. Soon as I started the video my forehead started tingling.
@wittyguysuku this is normal, no need to do anything as such. The Divine is working on you. See it as the Divines omnipresence 🙏
@@bensmithreal thanks for your kind reply!
I get a sensations of ribbons of energy flowing through my hands. Hot or tight wrists and palms 😂 and a gentle pressure in my third eye area. 🤍
