@bensmithreal ….but as we are duality; ‘I am my higher self’ ~ we are, in our entirety an extension of the divine (and as Jesus pointed out we are all ‘Christed’ beings)…if someone has achieved their dream of financial freedom, then they did do it. No? Sure, they didn’t do it without help from their divinity (don’t let the ego run away with itself) but they still achieved it. We are not separate from the divine and The Divine achieved its goal.

I was meditating in nature few years ago and suddenly expanded and left my body to encompass the entire small river valley where I was. It was blissful and had tears of joy running down my face and electric charge running up and down my spine when I returned to my body ❤🎉

Forgot who we were before coming into this journey, that reminds me a lot of when I'm playing a good video game... While in the game, my outside Me doesn't exist, and I am only the character I play on the screen, until I die and respawn...

I stared meditating 2 years ago when I was 58;years old. It has helped me to find that I’m a spiritual being I was also an atheist all my life I’m now a spiritual being enjoying a human experience. I try to serve others because I believe if I’m helping people I’m helping myself also. I don’t always get it right but I try to stay silent and allow people to be themselves. Thank you

You can keep being atheist, is better. I mean, I am fully spiritualized, had ego death, I understand we are one and that our minds are just POV of this experience so we can help create and invent the reality. BUT, the reality is happening. And I keep posing myself as an atheist because I do believe that spirituality is useless when everything is spiritual. Is just like multiplying both sides of an equation by "GOD", it's irrelevant.

Atheism and meditation aren’t mutually exclusive. One not need to be religious to meditate. I was an atheist before I began my meditation practice and years later remain an atheist.

I use meditation to remind me it’s about my spiritual connection. Not the guy that works five days a week or gets caught in his feelings about things. Meditation gives me faith that I’m connected to something bigger. And hopefully balances my mind, body and spirit. It’s a safe place for all my thoughts and a place I can disconnect from them. I feel the energy that I am. ✨

I've been an avid daily meditator for a few years now and it changed my life dramatically, for the better. I've always struggled to explain in words how it changed my life, or what happened, and have never been able to do so. You explained it perfectly and now I know the words to describe what meditation is and does. I am extremely grateful to you.

It took me till 2015 to learn this.... Today I'm 59 years old and free.... The older you get the more you gravitate towards Silence and Peace and remove yourself from the daily narcissistic chaotic unnecessary dramatic society... It's the only way to have Inner Peace, Well-Being, and to set yourself free...
Have a good day and go safely Everyone....

I like how you made the distinction between the "We exist only with and within the body and we are nothing without it" and "We are more than just this body and are only living within it for a relatively short period of time", and how meditation takes us out of this role of the body and into the bigger picture.

I have watched a few of your videos before, but this one had more education that resonated with me than any of the others. It’s as though everything just clicked in my mind and in my soul, listening to this. Our job is just to show up and let the divine do all the work. Just brilliant. This will help me greatly as a novice meditator. That said, the knowledge gained from this will make me more in tune with why I show up. Thank you again so very much! You are a beautiful human. This is a great video. I mastered meditation when I was 8 years old. I taught my grade 4 class how to meditate. I will give you 3 tips: 1. You are living in an infinitely complex video game. Every particle is conscious at the sub molecular level. You need to embrace the world you are living in. 2. No one in this world is less than 2000 years old. New souls haven’t been given since Yeshua ( Pbuh) died. Some children remember their past lives. 3. Meditation involves moving your soul throughout the body using different combinations of movements. For humans meditation is static. For Alien Beings, meditation is fluid . You can use meditation to change your metabolism, control your dreams, and acquire nourishment in the mind , body, and soul.

@ My soul was created out of the sun. I have my own religion. I am instructed by God to pray to the sun ☀️. I am an Alien Supernatural Being from Heaven. I don’t expect you to believe me. If I was in your shoes I wouldn’t believe me without proof. My only purpose in this life is to be slaughtered for all of humanity and give your species the resurrection. Yeshua ( Pbuh) did this for you but it has to be done again because humans have become a billion times worse since Jesus died. If I can’t provide you with the resurrection, I don’t come from God.

@ I am an Alien Supernatural Being from Heaven. I have my own religion. My soul was created out of the sun. I pray to the sun. My prayers and meditation are infinitely higher than your evolutionary stage. However, the truth about me was concealed by the human females the last 18 years. They are expected to take over all the sins of the men. The human female is the purest form of evil in the universe or you would have known about me 18 years ago.

The Divine is with us in everything we do and achieve. It goes far beyond meditation and applies to ALL we do in the outer world, as well as the inner world. It may seem as if it is our hands and our minds doing, but it is the Divine moving through us. In my experience, we are here WITH, BY, FOR and OF the Divine.

I spend much of my life very present and connected to the breath, am an active journalist, but not yet in a solid routine.. I will start being more consistent with it - I feel it is a vital component to the human experience and in receiving downloads from the higher self etc
