This is important thank you for posting.
NO, UULF is not good for your body and brain function.. What is just as bad are heating pads and waterbed heaters because you are in super close contact with them.. There are a few places you can find an EMF exposure calculator with safe limit charts put out by the government.. If you calculate 60 cycles and the several hundred kilowatts to the distance you are from the actual conductors against your body height at ground level it is pretty bad.. You are basically a walking parasitic antenna for all that energy flowing.. Good news is that you can run long stretches of wire that has insulators at the ends like an antenna and harness free electricity if you do it correctly..
m is not micro, that's milli. ų (u) is micro. a milli is 1000 micro. Big difference.
Thank you for the correction and feedback!
There is a lot of Georgia below Savannah, how about the Golden Isles, St. Simons Island, Sea Island and Jekyll Island. Sapelo Island, Fort King George, Hofwyl Plantation, Fort Frederica. Lots of history in southeast Georgia, including also the history of Ship building during WWII in Brunswick, Georgia.
It is not true that crisscrossing power lines are necessarily reinforcing.
Cct bus 🚌 goes almost every where in Marietta cobb county I've lived in Marietta 43 years great content
Thank you for the correction and feedback
wish you would have walked some distance away to show how far you needed to be for a safe distance
I didn't because it varies from line to line. There isn't a specific distance that "makes it safe"
what a fantastic video, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and tips!
You are so welcome! Thanks for watching!
Welcome back. Good info.
More to come!
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for watching!
I’ve recently looked at a house with transmission lines about 20 meters behind the backyard. I’ve taken your advice and used a Wintact EMF reader. On the balcony closest to the power lines the electric field reading is 190v/m but the magnetic field reading is 0.00uT. What does this mean ? No magnetic field. Perhaps safer?
I grew up under the main lines into town and once again live under the main lines. I’m 69 and there nothing wrong with me…with me…with me…with me…with me…
LOL!!! Exactly
Hubby and I are thinking of moving from NY, looking at GA and TN the houses are definitely more affordable but looking for town with good school district for the kids!
Hello! Thank you for watching my videos! Georgia, especially North Atlanta has some of the top rated schools in the country, plus we bury TN in all of the other categories: Things to do, shopping, education, the busiest airport in the world, professional opportunities, sports teams, concerts, festivals, etc... What do you think of jumping on a zoom call soon to talk through all of your questions and concerns and see if it's a right fit for us both to be working together>? Text me and lets set up a time to talk about your next steps: 678-918-1340
Wait a minute. I live in a non-HOA neighborhood in Atlanta by choice and you just can't do anything. They still must abide by the city law. I have neighbors who were forced to go to court for junky yards. Sure my neighborhood don't look as nice as HOA ones but it has improved and will keep improving as the city cost of living increases in my opinion
So, you bring up a really good point that I failed to mention in the video. In Georgia, there's is something called a "Nuisance Law" that prevents neighbors from becoming a major nuisance by playing loud music, allowing dogs to bark all night, TRASHY YARDS, etc.. It's not the easiest law to implement bc much of the "nuisance" is subjective, but it's a great law to have in place. Sounds like you live in one of those areas. What suburb are you in if you don't mind me asking?
@@LivinginAtlanta I'm in the City of Atlanta. I couldn't afford a HOA neighborhood
Great video my man ! You got this ✅
HOA's are a scam.
That's an understatement. I hate them
Glad to see you back on TH-cam!
Thank you! Its been a minute but Im back in it and working on another video for this week. Any topic suggestions youd like ro see covered?
Good info. Don't forget Sales Taxes! City of Atlanta 9% versus unincorporated Cobb County 6%. 😉 And only 2% on groceries. I have lived in metro Atlanta for 35 years. I've heard many conversations about the expansion of Marta. I'll believe it when I see it.😂 Annual Georgia State Parks pass. If you go at least once a month, it pays for itself. (Obviously, it won't work for National Parks in the area.)
Thank you! Yes, taxes are also a huge difference maker depending on the county you're in, but you already know that..lol. I'll make sure that's in the 2025 COL update. Thank you for your feedback! What part of town do you live in now?
@@LivinginAtlanta ☺️. I live in Acworth now, but not within the city limits. I previously lived in Woodstock and Smyrna. Before moving to Woodstock, I considered Alpharetta. I think I'm glad I didn't move there. The traffic oh my!
@@awifeinterrupted Acworth is one of my favorite suburbs! My wife and I actually own a nutrition store there in front of Home Depot on 41. Love it there!
The traffic up 400 is a DISASTER! Good thing you didn't move there!

The first rule of the Dunning Kruger club is that you don't know you're in the Dunning Kruger club.

Yep
Do you personally feel comfortable with your home being around 2 mg? I am looking at a townhome and bought this reader, kitchen read 2 mg and rest of the house and exterior at 1.8 mg.
It's borderline, but I'd still feel ok at 2mg
I appreciate your response back! Do you do anything in your home to help with the emf readings? Are you still in the same home with around 2 mg reading shown in this video? Any issues for you or your family?
These lines gave my cousin Mike brain cancer and it was awful to see him suffer. RIP MIKE 😢
Ugh, yuck. I'm so sorry to hear that. These are the stories people don't ever hear about, especially those telling me it's safe at any level. Wrong
My friend lives there n Dupo Illinois Clark county and is disabled and 66 yrs old
Do they live near power lines?
When is it pollen season….. you’ll know bc you’ll leave footprints in it.
The question is, when is it NOT pollen season..lol
The real estate brokers don't go to tell you what damage you can have if you buy a house close to let you know this power lines because you f*** if you don't if you say the truth about the property you know sell it right you not sake property right it's not good business be honest and take and take care of others be human know it's no pain right be honest it's not cool anymore right
I'll gladly lose business to do the right thing and inform my clients of this danger. If it turns them away, then fine. I still know I did the right thing. Karma is a bitch

You can mitigate the duration of exposure by building a faraday cage within the exterior walls of your bedroom, keep in mind that no cell service or radio would be possible!
Why in the hell would someone go through that trouble and that expense? Just find a different home to buy
Do installing solar panels on the roof of your home expose you to EMF?
Not that I know of..
Hey 1000feet is ok to buy a house
There's too many factors that affect that. My advise is to simply buy the EMF reader yourself off Amazon and taking the readings bc you may be completely safe for now
My mom's old house was 15/20 feet from the high voltage line. 132 kv. We got hit by the lines two times our concrete wall was touched by the current. Our whole house lost electricity for weeks. Whole new wiring. I was scared a lot. 24 hours buzzing sound. It was before 5 years. Now we are out of the risk.
Time to move homes! lol
@@LivinginAtlanta Yep we moved. Noone living in that house now.But that was deadly . When we were living there.
Lol the meter didn't exceed the limit because it was near a lightswitch, it's because it was near the Romex wire pair in the wall.
THAT'S your contribution to this video?? You couldn't acknowledge how I was trying to help people understand the dangers of living near these high voltage lines and you responded with a Romex wire response?? Thank you for your valuable contribution. I'm sure it helped a lot of people.
Great information.
Hi. We currently live in north Atlanta, but are considering a move to south Atlanta to buy a new construction home. The ONLY reason that we are considering the move is because of the large square footage we can get for our money in south Atlanta. We are looking at homes in the high 500s to low 600s and can get approx 3700-3900 square feet in the Stockbridge/McDonough area. We could not come close to that square footage for the price in north Atlanta. However. our hesitation stems around a concern that we will miss the "feel" of the north side. If we pursue moving to south Atlanta for the larger home, is this a sound decision? Also, we like the results/shopping & dining experience of a balanced racial mix. Will the move to an area that is 70-75% black be that different? Please share your thoughts. Thanks.
Hey! Thanks for watching and for your feedback! This would be much easier to answer on a quick 5-10 call. Send me a text or call anytime and lets talk through this bc I do have a lot of thoughts on your question. Hope to hear from you soon! Anthony 678-918-1340
Great talking to you today! Please don't hesitate to reach out at anytime for any reason if I can help in any way.
This is stupid why you can't make more than 10k democrats love punishing people that try to make money guess you got to pretend to be poor to get all that government assistance and have 10 kids
It is what it is
Thank you for putting together this video. Not boring at all. As a mother, homeowner and someone trying to figure out if a property with power lines on it is worth it... every detail you provided mattered.
Thank you for watching and for the kind words
Hey great video from 2 years ago and I haven’t yet searched for an update. You didn’t address the standard transmission lines or underground utilities that we see in every homeowner’s situation. Any advice on that front? Thanks ~ I don’t live in GA but gonna subscribe!
Thank you for subscribing! I'll do some more research and see about putting out an updated video later this year
Thank you for your defication and research. God bless you!
Thank you for watching and for the kind words!
Nice analysis Anthony 👍
Thank you for watching and for the kind words!
my man here using a cheese device, people should be scared of sun which 1000x more dangerous to you then a line faraway from you.
Wrong. We've been sold a pile of BS about the sun all of our lives. We need it's Vit D3 exposure for our immune systems and overall health. Be very afraid of those that avoid the sun with their crazy conspiracy theories! Get outside....it's good for your health!
@@LivinginAtlanta Yes, stay outside but not all the time. Sound more like a fitness instructor then a physicist Human use sunscreen for longer exposure or you just keep burning your skin. Darker skin people have the tolerance but they also burn, if you just keep siting at the sun whole day, report me how you feel :). Point is, UV radiation is just stronger then a so say lamp on your desk or a mobile phone which is more less harmful then a lamp. Basics people. Basics. Go to Germany, Narda HQ go learn a bit there. Europeans take it more seriously there. There are all kind of man made devices. Nobody complains.
I have lived near high voltage power lines for close to two years and so far I have not noticed any sign of harmful effects on my health
Thanks for watching and for your feedback!
It is a balance between the actual distance and the amount of power they are running through the lines along with the amount of ground clutter as in trees and buildings.. In the long run it is not good and some people can actually feel the energy or hear it like ringing ears.. It is 60 cycle in the USA and 50 in many other places like England and Australia.. Try finding a 60 cycle buzz noise on the internet then try and compare it to how your skin feels and your ears ring..
Because of the high number of rentals in the area I would also like to add it attracts the kind of disrespectful people of a certain persuasion who play loud music in public places yet scream racism when you call them out on their disrespect.
That's true!
very informative.
Wonder how its affecting the kids with autism in that center behind him. smh
I'd be afraid to ask
