I am obsessed with Toll Brothers homes. I live in NY and I'm happy to know that they are building in Atlanta. Can't wait to move back down south. I hope they build in Alphearrta and Johns creek now that will be dope!
@@Fredflinstone23 I would need to call on that one but I'm pretty sure that model has already been sold. I'll confirm. Shoot me a text and let's set up a time to talk in detail about your criteria if you're interested. 678-918-1340
It's a personal call. Toll Brothers only builds in the very best suburbs so if you're building outside the Perimeter (285), you're going to be in some of the safest areas. However, if you're inside the Perimeter.....call me and we can talk in more detail. 😎
@@LivinginAtlanta yes! There are plenty of us professionals who live in Mableton who want to be near the city without being in the city. And there appears to be open land in this area as well. We want to continue living in Mableton but we want a larger home 4,000+ square feet with a basement. We are currently keeping ab eye out for the Estates at Collins Lake homes.
This video covers a few different properties around town so distance to a hospital will determine which property you're referring to. Which area are you talking about?
@@LivinginAtlanta I remember in the 80's, Forsyth was in news a lot for being super racist. I was a kid then, but I still remember that. Maybe it's different now after 30 plus years.
@@jackross876 Forsyth is completely opposite of that now. It has grown so much and has become one of the most diverse, most affluent and highly sought after areas of Atlanta metro. You probably wouldn't even recognize it now.
In this video, I take you on a tour of 6 Toll Brothers communities in North Atlanta still under construction with new homes coming soon!

They have more homes coming this year in John's Creek and Alpharetta!
@@LivinginAtlanta awesome I hope you post some...
You should see their homes in Nevada. These homes don't compare to the homes they build in Nevada.
@@IQscan51 oh wow I need to check them out

Woo-hoo!!! Looking forward to July!!
Direction, direction, direction! That's us
Haha...youre the one who reminded me to add it 😁
Do they use wood for construction or concrete?
They use a variety of both depending on which floorplan they're building. Are you interested in purchasing a Toll Brother home?
@@LivinginAtlanta Very much interested.. For the model home that u show, do they use the traditional stick build?

Will they build on some land I have? It's a slope property actually two lots I have but need to be cleared. I'm in clayton county.
Unfortunately not. They only build on their own land. Are you wanted to build a custom home on land you own?
As an investor in Atlanta Georgia I appreciate this video
Thanks for watching brother!
Do they build ranch homes?
Its rare to find new construction ranches unless its an Active Adult 55+
Toll Brothers offers home security system, is this something that we should get or not? Thanks

It’s so hard to get their homes.. most of them are sold out in our interested areas in Atlanta 😫😫
Love Toll Brothers! They need to come build in Mableton.
That's such a great idea! They would do very well in that untapped market!

How far to a hospital ?

Why don't these homes have basement?
Some do and some don't
Because they are built on a slab (big cement pad) foundation.
I love Toll Brothers homes but Forsythe country, NO.
Why are you opposed to Forsyth County?
