I love Decatur and surrounding areas around Avondale , Brookhaven. You never have to drive on the expressway, it has everything you need in a 360 degree area of 10 miles out in a circle ⭕.

Hey Cedric! Thanks for watching....unfortunately, I don't work with rentals/apartments as they are considered commercial properties and I only deal with residential. However, Rent(dot)com is a really great resource for rentals in the area. Maybe of my clients have used the site and had good experiences through it. I hope this helps!
Once Mayberry, now L.A :/ Gentrified trendy and EXPENSIVE. Still, some very very pretty parts left though- Definitely the best Atlanta suburb, but the transfers from LA, NYC, etc, are REALLY snobby and petty. They're the kind of neighbors who will call the cops on you for having your car parked facing the wrong way on the street. It is not the place my family grew up in, but it is still better than the development wasteland Gwinnett county became.
@@LivinginAtlanta lol! pretty much. Which I don't understand why they're so grumpy because Decatur neighborhoods are so pretty! Winonna park, Oakurst, etc. Btw, if there are any rare Atlanta natives reading this and miss that old Altlanta 'vibe' and want to escape the overdevelopment mess, try historic Mcdonough or Griffin, GA. it feels like old Atlanta down there! People still say "Hi honey" and "bless your heart" down there lol (keep this a secret lol)
haha, I get it, but "technically" it is a suburb because it's actually NOT in the city limits, although it is inside of the Perimter (285) but technically, that doesn't define the city limits, proper. DO you live inside the Perimeter or the city limits?
