Are you MOVING TO JOHNS CREEK? In this video, I take you on a tour of arguably the most sought-after suburb in Atlanta in JOHNS CREEK. We tour the many things to do, the schools, the amenities and the beautiful NEW CONSTRUCTION homes that are COMING SOON!
@@LivinginAtlanta We completed our move and decided to rent temporary in Loganville. We really like it here and planning to buy in this part of Gwinnett County later this year. Working with a realtor now to determine strategy. 😀
@@350BMW09 Congratulations on the move and future purchase! I'm sure you have an amazing agent, but if I can ever help in any way, don't hesitate to reach out!
I LOVE Toll Bros homes and that contemporary farmhouse look! I need more practice with the drone , but it definitely adds a new perspective to my videos. 😎
@@LivinginAtlanta I fly drones for a living, and it appears you left the gimbal lock on your drone that holds the gimbal in place when being transported. When you take that off before flight the video will be much steadier. Also you may want to look up the federal regulations around flying drones for commercial purposes (like this channel), wouldn't want you to get in trouble with the feds/FAA. You're not supposed to fly over people or moving cars, and you're supposed to have a commercial pilots license when flying a drone in furtherance of a business. Just closed on a house in Suwanee, appreciated your videos while looking. Feel free to reach out if you need any tips on drone flying!
Hi Anthony, I've been really enjoying your videos while learning about different nice suburbs of Atlanta. I'm planning to move to GA next year and your videos are huge help. I'm highly interested in buying a single family home in Johns Creek or Milton but not sure which one would be a better choice when it comes to schools & community colleges. Can you please make a comparison video between these two cities if possible? My heart is set on Milton but Johns Creek is also an excellent choice. I want to live closer to the community colleges & universities for kids education. Thank you so much for help. Best regards, Khan
Hey Azam, thanks for watching. I'll add these two suburbs to my video schedule. If you want to talk through it before then, let's set up a zoom call and I'll answer as many questions as possible. If interested, text me your email and good day/time in the next week or so and I'll send you a mg invite.
That was actually State Bridge road, not Medlock… and I probably would have showed the actual shopping areas in JC, near the town center. But still, great video! Thanks!
Are all the areas to buy homes in Georgia communities? We are wanting to move to Georgia but would prefer a couple acres and more privacy than what a community offers. Please contact me. Thank you for your video
The HOA's (communities) are heavily location dependent. For example, far more home are in communities on the North side vs the South side of town. Shoot me a text and let's setup a call to discuss this further and see where I can help. Text me at 678-918-1340
There are lots of similarities and also differences in the two suburbs. Text/call me at 678-918-1340 and let's talk through it. I'd want to know more about your lifestyle before saying which I think would be best.

What about rent in new constructed 1bhk apartments?,
@@tabassumsyed3255 unfortunately, I don't deal with apartments. They're considered commercial property and that's a different set of agents
Yes, I just got a job offer in Duluth and going to there by next week
@@shijianzhang3281 great! Congratulations! Are you in need of housing?

I'd like to live in a diverse place, is it diverse?
Awesome video! Thank you
My pleasure!
Beautiful area. loved the video, thank you!!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
A great video as always. If you are ever in Smyrna please do a video as I hope to work there (the battery) when we move from the UK. 👍😃
I'll add that to my schedule for sure! Hope all is well across the pond
All going well thank you, keeping fingers crossed as they ease the lockdown restrictions 🤞
Moving to GA from CA in January 2022. We fell in love with the John’s Creek/Henry County area. Only drawback is the commute into ATL for work. 😩
Thank you for the comment! Did you finally get moved here to JC?

I am moving to Georgia in looks like North Fulton county is for me
Call or text if I can help in any way 678-918-1340
North Fulton and nearby counties are the only parts of Georgia that don’t feel like you’re in the woods lol.
