Yo we got the same s2 on calcharo, but cant say the same on the skill of using him. I can only 2 star on the electro-buffed room, tried many times. But i 3 star on the glacio-buffed room using main dps zhezhi first try. 😅

Calcharo is the most handsome and stylish 5* male playable character in the game.

Scar actually still attacking non-stop in my case, but I still could beat him with my calcharo-yinlin-verina even with ping and skill issue. Nice run. Have you look at some people that could do 4 DM calcharo? What do you think about that?

Problem with Calcharo is, most bosses (Also TOA) does not allow him to do the combo mentioned here. Often time, I found myself short on the attack window duration, that instead of doing full combo, I cut things short. Example: Keep E simple, E E E or at most E BA E E Cancelling HA Mercy, As long as I get the buff its ok if the hits does not connect. Yinlin buffs have duration of 14 seconds, so optimally, you have to do/skip some of the above. Cancelling the Altered BasicAttack during his liberation, those damage numbers and long animation are not equivalent (not worth it), Death gear duration too short to allow leeways. Concerto and Resonance Energy gain is so-so, I know the devs wants player to have some field time with Calcharo, but it feels bad for character swapping. He's great for overworld mobs that satggers and get juggled easily, or for bosses that get some delays from getting attacked, but not for many other bosses. At least his dmg multiplier should get some love, make it worth the animations.

I didn't unlock the 15% less damage taken in DM since I usually swap cancel it most of the time. In your experience, does this help you a lot, or is the difference not noticeable?

I'm not surprised at all that a meta (battle?) oriented player such as yourself to find that this patch is not for you. On the other side of spectrum, if you will, I didn't feel like all of those combat-related events in the previous patches are for me. I don't mind it, I did it for the Astrites, but I finished them and left (except Illusive Realm, which I genuinely enjoy). Most of this patch is just story, a change in the open-world scenery, and more hanging out with the playable characters, which are my absolute jam as someone who plays the Waves as a slice-of-life game. 😂 I wish I could get more of the rest of the husbandos, but I'll take what I can get and enjoy the ride.

What content i'd like to see: How's Zhezhi with Calcharo? Optimal Zhezhi rotation? She's simple but i wonder if Ult is better at the start or end of her rotation because Jhinsi's intro, E and second E don't proc her ult so you are wasting quite a few seconds, etc. That kind of content.

Thank you for your insight! The way I see it, this patch serves as an interlude to all the crazy stuff we've been dealing with in the main story. We accomplished a lot, now it's time to rest and celebrate with friends As for the event, I think they're catering more towards the mobile players. Which makes sense, since this game was built for mobile, first and foremost. I understand if for some people this is a miss. Not much I can do about that 😅 I appreciate that we got to know two of the newest character. Xiangli Yao through the festival quests and Zhezhi on her recent companion quest. That aside, I have plans to invest in three characters which will take a while, so I don't really mind having a slow patch. If I play too much too frequently I'm afraid I'll get burnout really quickly despite me liking the game.

I feel like it's a filler update, where they're trying to figure out an ongoing "tradition". Personally, I found it adorable. Especially that our MC had so many voicelines! It felt more genuine. But I do agree that many things could be improved, especially the last boss fighting with Xiangli Yao. I wished they made a separate and unique boss only for this event instead of recycling the same halfcut bro that Alto made us fight. More animations when interact with the 2D characters instead of them only running would also improve my experience. Some more random occurrences too would be nice. We got to find ALL the characters around the entire area to chat and take photos with, which I found pretty fun too. Our character finally learned about Calcharo, for example. Overall, it's a very lighthearted update that I didn't mind once in a while. Perhaps it was a bit too childish at times, but again, the characters were just celebrating a huge victory and a day of peace. I'm sure they'll get back to being edgy soon enough.

I'm ok with some sims once in a while, since the combat is fun and somewhat challenging (my characters aren't really built that well due to lack of resources) but for the love of GOD please give more shell credits. I've been running out of those every time I get a new character. Part of why I'm not pulling on Zhe Zhi's banner is because I simply cannot afford to raise another unit.

wuwa is just becoming a coomer version of genshin at this point. i hoped it would be more combat and skill oriented game, but here i find myself most of the things i hated in genshin just being copy pasted in wuwa. i'm willing to give it few more patches to see where they go with their game direction, but i'm starting to get pessimistic about it honestly. floating tits and chibi events are not what i hoped for... sadge

I asked for more relevant open world content. Imo, so far gacha open world games have not figured out how to actually take advantage of the open world besides hiding collectibles and busy work puzzles. They create this beautiful world and put the gameplay/events in menus and instances. I really do not understand why, but I'm hopeful they will eventually add interesting quest lines, combat sequences, world bosses, parkour and exploration puzzles (more like Tomb Raider than just pointless Tetris piece puzzles that make no sense in the world or story). The world quests in WuWa were actually pretty well done like the time you get kidnapped and helping the amazon worker. The exploration quests are generally perfect. More quests like that, even if they want to be fun and silly, just use the open world. Even the holograms are an opportunity missed to actually have quest lines and world/story immersion. Like a quest chain that would lead to each fight. And you maybe even hunt down the boss Monster Hunter style until you get to the 6th stage and complete the quest. That would be so much more entertaining than just sparring in a holodeck pointlessly.

Man i can’t do this boss, i give up ain’t got a patience for his bs…I rinse Scar easily but Inferno raider is just terrible fight. Dude spins 720 degrees around my Cal in both directions making it impossible to keep up with him…Not only is your stats lower than my Cal you used 1 less character kudos to you, i guess i just suck.

Hi nice detail on the upcoming release character i would love to pull for her too and skipping all 1.2 character. Can i know your thought, i already managed to get 30/30 star in the tower but my changli build is still average. Question is should i take a new character to build from scratch or should i focus on perfecting my top dps stats (changli, jinshi and havoc rover). I really wanna know how your thought process on this matter.

I also prefer Sanhua than Yinlin (cope lol). I know she's crazy good but I love Sanhua's style. She'll pop off on the next patch because of Ice typing of the banner.

help me out fella , the void thunder set for my cal has mostly attack stats (2000+ atk im at lvl70) and no crit stats at all , so should i go for the crit stats or just use 1cost 2 piece lingering tunes along with the void thunder pieces having atk% as main stat. im really confused
