    Your channel is exactly what I've been praying would cross my path. I've felt a call to investigate abstract art. But all I've found is about the art part without the mindfulness part.     I always think I'm going to remember my creative ideas but I don't so a pocket journal is a great idea! I already meditate and journal first thing in the morning after a cup of tea, so adding on five minutes or more of art journaling to that habit would definitely be a positive thing. I also like to have an occasional Pinterest binge for inspiration but I do have to be disciplined about it or minutes scrolling can easily turn into hours (and overwhelm)! Thanks for the great suggestions, and loved the peek into one of your journals!
