    I always think I'm going to remember my creative ideas but I don't so a pocket journal is a great idea! I already meditate and journal first thing in the morning after a cup of tea, so adding on five minutes or more of art journaling to that habit would definitely be a positive thing. I also like to have an occasional Pinterest binge for inspiration but I do have to be disciplined about it or minutes scrolling can easily turn into hours (and overwhelm)! Thanks for the great suggestions, and loved the peek into one of your journals!

    This is such a lovely idea, to paint intuitively in synch with a mindful body scan meditation. I especially like the idea of providing healing to hotspots with 'golden rain'! I started watching your videos a year or so ago and I’m now addicted to doing the mandalas. 😊 Seriously, they have gotten me through some difficult times with chronic illness. I sometimes do the watercolor part ahead of time so I can just do the doodling when I’m not feeling well enough to do anything else. I can even do it in the doctors waiting room. I appreciate the link. I’m going to buy this brush.
