  • This quick and easy art meditation for stress relief can be done in just 5 minutes. The techniques combine the power of calming breath exercises with the beauty of easy mindful drawing as a lovely way to practice mindfulness (and I find it calming for daily stress or anxiety).     Love it! It really calms me down as I draw circles and lines following my breath! I need tools like that to overcome my burn-out and my creative block! Thank you so much! ❤❤❤

    This is reallllly interesting and good! Never thought of doing this, even as a person who likes drawing. I read mindfulness meditations like in the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels but I want to incorporate these drawing meditations as well. Super helpful, thank you.
