    Thank you both so much. I’m far from being a preschooler but I have learned a lot from this presentation. At 68 and still working full time, I find myself exhausted when I get home in the evening.... wanting to start a mindful art activity but unable to muster up the energy required. My mornings are no better. It’s very frustrating. But thank you for sharing what you have learned.

      Thanks for your authentic post, Karen. You’re not alone in feeling exhausted after work. These practices are great for any age. It may help to try some of the mindful or breath practices for a few minutes when you can. ☺️ So glad you’re here!
