    I absolutely love the freedom to paint without having to create a masterpiece. It helps me get out of my head and into my heart.

    I am finally getting started with your “Mindful Art and Meditation Teacher Training Certification” program! Better late than never, as my granny would say! I hope to have finished by the end of 2025, if not sooner. I’m on a new chapter of life and this course is a wonderful addition to my self-care routine and path to career development too!!

    This is such a lovely idea, to paint intuitively in synch with a mindful body scan meditation. I especially like the idea of providing healing to hotspots with 'golden rain'! I really look forward to trying this out. Ideas? Well, I've signed up to do a nature writing course in April (can't wait!), so maybe an exploration of patterns in nature if it speaks to you? I so love your work and adore Julia Cameron, too! 💚
