I sparain my ankle last year i tied an use ice on it but i resume training this year en i still feel the pain but not fresh pain. Pls what do i do

so are the exersise same for grade 3 , and after how many days should i start the exersise

no swelling, no pain normally and all but i cant put much force on it, i am a cricketer and its supposed to be strong but i cant put too much force on it, it has been about 1 month already

I've stopped going to Dentist, the injections are really painful. Last tooth i had pulled,i also had a abscess. He never gave me any penicillin,then come back to pull the tooth. As he was injecting me i actually pulled his hand away.the pain was savage. He said that it would be as he was injecting straight into the abscess, and because i was older, it would be a bit more painful. Now i just take painkillers. Was i treated well or bad?

I had ankle fracture about a month ago their is no pain now but swelling (moderate) is still present should I see the doctor

6 month ago ive had an ankle injury and i think it was sprained , then i didnt play football for 1 month and after that i played football and i was fine then my life was normal until yesterday when i went to a football test and i played well . i didnt have any pains or anything in the pitch but when i came home 2 hours later i felt like i was having an ankle injury and i couldnt even walk or run . what should i do know ? am i have to end my football or it can be healed? i just down want to let my football go

Love this helpful advice. Found it super interesting to watch, maybe because of the selection of professionals giving sound advice. Thank you for answering my question of should I be completely resting it or just keep getting up when needed ( mom of 3 boys) so complete rest is impossible. It reminded me to elevate my leg when I am resting which is something I’ve forgot to do. Thanks again for the great advice
