BBC's Evan Davis interview's Dr John Meechan on BBC Radio 4 Today Programme 7 June 2011 about pain-free dental injections.
Dr. John Meechan is a worldwide recognised expert in local anaesthetics. He has authored hundreds of publications about dental local anaesthetics, published several handbooks and is involved in the most influential worldwide associations.
Dental injections are caused NOT by the needle which causes very little pain, but moreso because of the acid in the substance being injected. Dr Meechan invented a way to neutralise the injection as it goes in making the dental injection painless.
