    You're going to chop a finger off if you don't start holding your knife against the back of the fingers. Plus you need to sharpen that blade. Also when scooping up your chopped items use the back of the blade, your knife will stay edged longer.

    Creamfresh is original, it has smoothier flavour then sour cream, it is more aromatic and not really sour, also that cream for cooking is tasteless, and is not authentic at all either

    This is some sort of a French version, authentic is nothing alike, also style and tehnique is completely French, I would call sour cream instead of regular cream authentic, though even that is not authentic, original recepy used cream fresh. (Smetana) This is how they make it in France, not Russia.

    I think this recipe is called chicken Kiev in some restaurants in Australia. I love this dish. I think the chef inserted a piece of butter in the middle as when i cut it the butter was oozing out. I've been looking for the recipe, and i found it now. Thanks for sharing the recipe. If the origin of this recipe is Hawaiian, it will be the second Hawaiian dish appreciated by my family, after poke bowls. Sadly, here in Siberia the annual firefighting banishment starts, prohibiting using open fire in recreational zones for a month or two. Therefore, I can repeat this dish only about a mid-summer or later.
