    Ingredients:
    Ground beef: 1.2 lbs (600 g)
    Ground pork: 1.2 lbs (600 g)
    Onions: 2 pieces
    Salt: 2 teaspoons
    Black pepper: 2 teaspoons
    Parsley: 1/2 bunch
    Preparation:
Grate the onion on a coarse grater.
Squeeze the juice through a sieve so that the mince is not liquid and does not fall off the skewer.
    Chop the parsley finely.
Combine minced meat, onion, herbs, salt and black pepper. You can take any meat to your taste.
Stir very well, about 10 minutes, so that everything is well combined.
The meat should be cold. As a result, the mince should stick well to your hands, be dense.
Baste to let the excess air out and make the mince even denser.
Send it to the freezer for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, marinate the onions.
We will need 2 onions, mine are red. 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 4 tsp (20 ml.) apple cider vinegar.
Cut the onions in half rings.
    Press down a little.
    Add salt, sugar, vinegar.
    Stir.
Leave it while the kebab is frying.
    Stuffing cooled.
Thread the minced meat onto flat, cooled skewers. Soak your hands with cold water to prevent the mince from sticking.
Immediately put the kebabs on hot coals and let them bind. Only then turn it over.
If you do not do this, the minced meat will fall off the skewer.
The next cases in the same way.
We take them off as they are ready. We help ourselves with pita so as not to damage its shape.
Serve kebabs with pita bread, fresh vegetables, herbs and pickled onions
    Original, juicy, very tasty!
    Bon appetit!

Thank you for sharing your preference! Aivar would indeed be a tasty alternative to ketchup. Everyone has their own twist on recipes, and that sounds like a delicious choice.
