Ingredients:
Stuffing (1.1 lbs fat pork, 1.1 lbs beef) - 2.2 lbs
Bell pepper - 1 pc.
Garlic - 4 cloves
Salt - 2 tsp.
Black pepper - 1 tsp.
Basil - 3 sprigs
Eggplants - 7-8 pcs.
Barbecue sauce for the spread
Preparation:
Cut the eggplants lengthwise.
Soak them for 10-15 minutes in salted water (1 tbsp. per 34 fl oz. of water) to get the bitterness out.
Chop the garlic finely.
Finely chop the basil.
Finely dice the pepper.
Combine with the minced meat.
Season with pepper and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Wet the eggplants from moisture.
Spread a thin layer of minced meat and cover with another eggplant.
Put them on the grill.
Grill on the coals on both sides until golden.
Brush both sides with sauce.
