    Ingredients:
    Pork neck - 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg)
    Onion - 3 pieces
    Tomato - 2 pieces
    Salt - 4 teaspoons
    Black pepper - 3 teaspoons
    Table vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
    Preparation:
    Cut the meat into pieces the size of a chicken egg.
    Cut the onion into half rings.
    Add the onion to the meat by squeezing it to release the juice. This way it will give its flavor to the meat faster.
    Grate the tomatoes and add them to the meat.
    Add salt.
    Add pepper.
    Add vinegar.
    Mix well. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.
    Thread the meat onto the skewers, removing the onions. Onions will burn when grilling.
    Roast on the coals for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Do not allow open fire, if fire appears you can pour salt over it.
    Check for doneness by cutting a slice. Finish frying if necessary.
    Serve with fresh vegetables, herbs, white onions and bread.
